Great friendly store.

Very clean & organized

I was fortunate to find a store employee named Pinky who helped me find every item on my list. This was such a pleasant experience for me being in this store for the first time. I'd say half of the items I needed I didn't know their proper names but I described them and he took me to each item.

Love the people and the experience

This store goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. This applies to the Service Desk(Pat) as well as a "Pinky" an Associate that we always look to to answer any questions or assistance for our home/building needs. This store is always well organized and clean!!

If you need help, ask for Pinky - he's great

While in previous years I've never lived close to a home depot I have come to consider it one of my favorite go to stores for getting projects done. Its about a 30 minute drive for me but I am usually pretty satisfied with my experience. Special thanks to Pinky at the Coldwater store for going above and beyond at my last visit.

It was clean employees were helpful and the cashier Jessica helped us a lot.

The store made me feel like I was right at home. Barbara was always cleaning and sanitizing so I felt safe to shop and ring out. Barbara kept her distance and was so eager to fulfill my every need.

THE ENTIRE STAFF AN SERVICE DESK KNOWLEDGEABLE AN POLITE, SPOT ON. STORE CLEAN .EVEN WHEN STORE IS FULL OF CUSTOMERS STAFF REMAINS HELPFUL AN POLITE. AT TIMES SUGGESTING A BETTER WAY TO DO YOUR TASK. ONLY ONE IMPROVEMENT COMES TO MIND.COFFEE PLEEEEEAASSE.

Enforce mask wearing for employees

Consider curbside pickup if you’re concerned about COVID. This store isn’t concerned for your safety.

Great experience in ordering quartz countertops for a large kitchen. Cudos to Amber in the kitchen department for a superior job!!!

Do not go here for your paint. They will mess up your color then try to fix it and hold you hostage for hours. Could not get the employee to give me back my 2 gallons of paint to leave. Then she told me I should pour them together to get them to match after she messed them up. Also told me I was purchasing way more than I needed for my task. Got to the store at 445pm and didn’t leave until 722pm a giant waste of time over 2 gallons of paint. Rest of the store seems ok. In stock is good especially if it’s everything that’s going on.

I had a unique problem with a special order and the price was not correct. The store personnel made every effort to correct the problem. Everyone involved was very helpful. While waiting I noticed the table just inside the door with free masks for customers that forgot theirs. As soon as there was a wrapper on that table a store employee was over there picking up the wrapper. Nice to see a dedicated employee to keeping his store clean.

I had a great experience the other day. I called about the 4 cu. ft. Gorrilla carts. They had one left. I had them assemble it and I'd be in w/in the hr. to buy it. After less than 5 minutes upon arrival, it was in my vehicle!! Great jobs done by Kevin and Iva!! No charge on assembly, I am very pleased. Thank you very much.

I highly recommend the Coldwater Home Depot! The customer service from employees is excellent, there is a wide selection of quality items and clearance prices offer significant savings. The garden center is also top notch with healthy plants and flowers to choose from.

The store is not enforcing the face mask requirement. I did not feel safe shopping there. Also, it took 20 minutes for someone to help me after a customer service request. I had to speak to to Cashiers and someone in customer service before I could get help. I felt like I was getting the run around and no one seemed to care.

The store is not requiring all customers to wear masks as per the governors directive. An unmasked customer was coughing throughout the store without covering her cough and a cashier gave us a hard time about checking out in returns area because we were trying to avoid the coughing customer and quickly exit. We will not be returning as this store is not concerned about the safety and health of customers and its employees

Doing a good job keeping people safe

Is it just me, or does everyone else have a hard time locating someone to help you find something?

Our local Home Depot in Coldwater is an excellent store. I can count on the store being clean and organized with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly employees to assist me. I’ve been very satisfied with the full range of items I’ve purchased in the store - from electrical and plumbing to hardware, tools, light fixtures, flooring and lumber. My favorite products are the Behr paint which is high quality and the wonderful selection of outdoor plant choices in the nursery.

Kristen in the kitchen design department is great! She is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and kind. She helped us make smart decisions about our layout and our budget.
