Sales person says measure fee will go towards purchase, but find out that wasn’t true. Employees need training when dealing with customers purchasing over $1000

Chris Creasy is the main reason Home Depot is better for kitchen & bath. I had quotes and conversations with other retail designers with similar products, but the experience was confusing. My budget or style were not a concern. The professionalism, punctuality, happy demeanor, tremendous product/pricing knowledge sets Chris apart. Despite the software freezing up while building the quote; he remained unflappable. I am pleased with the look & price of the quartz countertops because Chris made it seamless.

Whenever I shop for heavy items such as pool salt, I am always helped to load it on the cart and in my car as I have a bad back.

Bought a Maytag washing machine and the sale was handled in a very professional manner.

Always someone available and knowledgeable to help when needed. So friendly and nice as well.

I went to the Home Depot in Collierville,TN today and it was an excellent experience. Very friendly staff and plenty of them. Everyone was great! Ray was my salesperson in appliances and he was very efficient and thorough explaining and answering all questions.

Ray was very helpful in the process of my purchase. He was quick and efficient with getting everything done and me on my way.

Happy employees with great attitudes

Went shopping in hopes of finding a new top load washer. Ray introduced himself and shared his knowledge of the brands we were looking at. He explained the features of the two washers and our purchase was made in a matter of minutes.

These guys have almost everything, which is quite impressive but these days some of the products gone out of stock. Every worker need a product knowledge and they have to know where were they placed will be a plus point for ling term business.

OUR SALESMAN RAY WAS EXCELLENT

There was nobody in the paint dept. on Saturday morning and apparently only one person was trained to mix paint. No associate seemed to care that people were waiting for help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great Store with so many options. Very well supplied with friendly Sales.

Went to Lowe’s to buy a stove, personnel not very attentive or active in assuring they had the product we wanted. Went to Home Depot and they had what I wanted, but $200.00 more. They gave me the discount and I paid the same price as Lowe’s. Plus the personnel were actively engaged in my shopping experience.

Repainted the whole interior of our home with Behr paint during the pandemic all purchased at Home Depot.

Amazing customer service when lost and not knowing what things are specifically called; they are warm and welcoming to hear your descriptions and lead you to a resolution!

Associates very friendly & helpful on entrance to the store. Store is always well stocked. Associates are very helpful at check out including self check area.

Went in today to get a few things with my son. Jim helped us, he was the sweetest man with some great stories, also extremely knowledge. If you go in on a Sunday, look for him!

The team members at the Collierville location were very helpful, courteous and professional. The store was extremely neat and clean. The employees/team members seem like they really like doing there jobs. This made my visit very pleasant and meaningful. Thanks again Team Home Depot, you all rock!

Our Home Depot provides the best customer service and pricing of most other stores. Assistance was provided immediately, which is pretty much unheard of these days.

Super nice employees. Store was stocked, neat and clean. I usually go to Bartlett but from now on, I WILL GO TO COLLIERVILLE. I may have to drive farther, but the service I rec'd has made a huge difference. THANKS

Pam in the paint department was excellent. We had the wrong product in cart. Pam realized that, informed us and took us directly to the correct product and also helped us with additional items we didn’t know about. She is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful! We will ask for Pam again on future visits. We also were helped by Dawn in the garden department and check out and she too was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Home Depot for employing two great employees that made our shopping trip much more enjoyable, especially in the days of Covid when we are all stressed to the max!
