I have become a huge fan of Home Depot since purchasing my first home. Each experience at the Columbia location has been great! The employees are super friendly and helpful.

Appreciate that a store employee was proactive and ready to assist when I couldn't manage a product. At check-out your employee recognized an opening that I didn't. Got me rung up and out the door very quickly.

I got everything I need it

tried to buy online, it offered discount for getting a credit card ;gave me HD credit then locked me out and told me to come to store . Nicholas [who was great] couldn't get order to go through because I WAS IN STORE AND NOT ONLINE. AND AS NOTED ONLINE AND CSR AT TELEPHONE CS TOLD ME TO COME TO STORE. Nicholas finally found work around. 1 item is being shipped . I HOPE IT WORKS OUT?!

I’ve been shopping here for many years, pretty much always found what I needed. Today when I went there to buy some electric wire for my latest project, I discovered that all the wire was locked in a wire cage. The shelves were well stocked with product and I soon discovered why - no one available to unlock the cage! I’m not a particularly impatient person, I looked around for someone to help, asked 3 different employees, but after about 15 minutes finally gave up.

This store has consistent service and larger portfolio of items relative to the other big box store down the street.

I spend a lot of time and money at this store. As prices have steadily risen, quality of service has steadily deteriorated. HD - put some of that profit back into workforce training and oversight!

This location in Columbia Maryland, is one of the best, they always have items in stock that I need, and the staff Are friendly and helpful

Someone took the time to help me even though they were not too familiar with the product themselves. I appreciated that very much.

The employees of this location, are always very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable when we need advice and when we need help finding a product, they will take the time to go with you and show you how to find what you’re searching for instead of just pointing in the direction and giving you an aisle number, the store is awesome because of its great employees…:-) AAA+++ Customer Service

I have bought deep freezer, washer/dryer and many other items in good working condition. l will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

I usually do not write reviews but today is one to grow on ! There is one individual I feel they need special recognition , her name was A Juwon , she went above and beyond to help me in my self checkout . She was polite , understanding and smiled the whole time in this trying situation . Home Depot has a true gem on there hands , other associates could learn a thing or two from her

The store manager was very helpful to make sure my shopping experience was awesome. I was buying product that was not showing up correctly in the store but he made sure that I got it and personally checked me out at the register.

Cacaine was my cashier who called me over to check me out as I was waiting in line at self check out.

The Columbia, MD Home Depot is the place to get all the items you need while experiencing great customer service. Super friendly staff that are eager to help you get what you need.

Worst experience there to-date, and that is a pretty high bar. Lumber manager called me a liar when I quoted the correct price for an item that was advertised that they had 32 items in stock. I found 8, all with some damage. Several hours later, the bad information is still up on their website. I don't expect much from HD and everyone else was actually surprisingly helpful and friendly. My 10-minute trip turned into 1.5 hours waiting for people to tell me what I already know - that HD is a dysfunctional organization with crappy lumber and no matter what the website says, it is luck of the draw to get what you need because they don't know where their stuff is. I understand that, but when a manager calls me a liar after I tell him what he should already know about his own lumber dept, that is unacceptable.

Alvin (Lumber) and Andre (Garden) were great helping us finish a project with a hard to find product match of paverstones. They quickly located what we needed and delivered it quickly to the loading area and even loaded the Jeep for us to be on our way. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour late in the day! We really appreciate their positive 'can-do' attitude and prompt service, completed with smile and GREAT customer service!

If you have a large/expensive order to put in. Ask for Chuck at the Pro Desk and deal with him exclusively. He'll get it right every time!

Store #2575 in Columbia, MD is my favorite place to shop. The Store Manager, Tim, is always extremely helpful and answers all my questions. The Store Associates are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I can always find the items I need and the store is kept very clean.

We ordered countertops and were sub-contracted out to a company called ASSI Fabricators. Home Depot dropped the ball and when we made the final payment at the store after ASSI came out and measured, the associate named Cecila never contacted ASSI with the final purchase order. 10 days passed and when I checked in with ASSI they alerted me that Home Depot never contacted them. Cecilia literally told me "someone closed the tab on the computer, so she forgot!" Our project is now almost two weeks behind because she simply "forgot" to do her job and not one single person at the store cares!
