Not helpful for seniors. i even walked and stood by the service station,and worker just passed by like i was not there.

Employee Sandra was friendly, courteous and competent. I bought 2 window shades, she cut them perfectly.

Knowledgeable employees who seem to like their work and many of them have been there a long time. There is always plenty of product selection. Their rental department has always had what I needed and in good working order. The Commerce store is conveniently located.

Early morning. Everyone was busy stocking shelves. Plenty of inventory on hand. In and out in 5 minutes. Friendly staff.

I love visiting this store. I can always find someone to assist without searching for someone. The employees are happy to assist and I always find what I want.

this store is cleaner than the one I usually go to in White Lake, MI. I needed a sticky-backed flashing product called Grace Vycor which is only available online from Home Depot, apparently. Lowe's carries that product in stock. I really needed the product and, for my purposes, I settled on an alternative product used as flashing for skylights. It's shiny silver coating would not have worked for some applications but in my case, the application would be hidden so it didn't really matter. The employee who helped me suggested it. I'm glad he was there to help because I would not have been able to finish my project that afternoon were I not able to find some product of that type. He used his phone to look items up for me because I don't have a smart phone. That was wonderfully helpful.

The last time I visited the store, it was to return two items I hadn't used. I had no receipt, but the clerk asked for my credit card and quickly found them and issued a credit.

I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. A place where the MANAGER thinks that your time, money and dissatisfaction, due to THEIR failure, is LAUGHABLE is no business to support. It explains all of the “bad service” reviews. My mother made a purchase from this location yesterday, 7/11/18, and paid $79 for EXPRESS DELIVERY the following day. She received a CONFIRMATION via email that the shipment would arrive between 7am-7pm today, 7/12/18. By 6:30pm she had still not received a call. When she contacted the store they CLAIMED THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER and said it must be a “system error.” So she took the day off of work and stayed home all day for nothing. I then called Home Depot and was transferred from the corporate number to the Commerce store. I spoke to the same woman my mother had spoken to. She repeated to me that they cannot guarantee delivery tomorrow and they could set up delivery for Saturday, and “look into” getting it delivered tomorrow when they reopen in the morning because they can’t add deliveries after noon the day before. I asked to speak to her manager. I was TRANSFERRED FOR THE THIRD TIME, to speak to the store manager. I believe her name was Michelle. And for a third time I explained the situation. She used the exact same excuse “system error” and stated that she cannot get into the system either. She, again, told me that if we wanted to schedule a Saturday delivery they could “TRY” to see if they could “fit it in” tomorrow but her “system is saying the truck is full tomorrow.” I stated (keep in mind I have the entire conversation recorded), “So you’re telling me that due to your supposed computer system error and your inability to resolve this situation my mother took a day off for no reason, and now would have to request another day off tomorrow if by chance it could get delivered and if not I would have to sit around all day Saturday and wait for it?” She responded by saying “you don’t have to insult me.” I wasn’t sure I heard her right at first so I asked, “Ma'am did you just say that I insulted you?” And she stated, “Yes you personally attacked me because you just told me I can’t do my job.” I asked, “Did you or did you not just tell me that you are unable to get into your system to schedule the delivery tomorrow?” Her response was, “Yeah but that’s not my fault...” I had to interrupt her long, loud self-pitying ramble to say, “Ma’am I didn’t say that it was your fault, nor did I insult you, but that means you have an inability to resolve the situation does it not?” She laughed and curtly said, “I don’t know what to tell you. I told you what I can do for you.” At this point I could tell she was not a professional, nor capable of “managing” anything so I said, “We’ll be taking our business elsewhere so have a good night and thank you for not doing much of anything.” She had no response other than to continue laughing which is when I hung up the phone. It’s unbelievable that someone who wants to make an, unfounded, claim that the other person is “insulting” and “personally attacking” her, finds it appropriate to laugh at them with her very next breath. Instead of the conversation being about the customer(s), their manager turned it into something completely absurd and focused on her own personal feelings and totally disregarded any form of customer service or satisfaction. She actually “managed” to make the situation worse. Prior to her laughing fit I was simply going to have her schedule the delivery for Saturday. Being in customer service myself, I find the manner in which she attempted to turn herself into the victim and her dissatisfied customers into the villains absolutely appalling. After speaking with her, and the inappropriate and unprofessional way she conducted herself, I will never shop at Home Depot again knowing that this is the type of “manager” that they employ. I’ll take my business to Lowe’s. I never once said that you “can’t do [your] job,” but you just proved that you can’t. *They refunded less than the paid amount as well.

Employees were all very helpful and friendly. My experience here was quick and perfect. I would highly suggest this location.

Our Salesman Jeff Swerdan was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling... Washer and Dryers He was very personable and answered all our questions and concerns.

Store is clean and love to browse around. Employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered the flooring and the associate spent lot of time , making sure everything was ok.

I WAS ON A MOBILITY SCOOTER AND FOUND SOMEONE NAME kAREN IN THE STORE WHO WAS SO HELPFUL AND MADE IT REALLY EASY TO GET WHAT I NEEDED....ARLENE THIS WAS THE COMMERCE STORE ON HAGGERTY

Garden center is exceptional. I can find everything easily. Employees always friendly and willing to help me. Loaded my purchases to my truck . I come back year after year , I have a beautiful yard because of them.

Best customer service ever! John, u held the last generator for me just from my desperate phone call. Phil and a another helpful customer service lady (I am sorry, I usually as good with names), waited on me and got everything in good order to leave the store stress free. This store has a good selection of LED outdoor lights. We found all four styles we wanted. The shelves are organized and well labeled. The items are on display and lit up, which is very helpful. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful throughout the store. The store is well kept and clean.
