I had a return that was handled super efficiently by the Home Depot employee in a super polite and professional manner. I've noticed the people working there these days have gotten to be very helpful and friendly. I've been going there over 30 years. I'm a nice person and I like nice people.

By far the best home depot I have ever been in . Bill the Manager was absolutely amazing! So professional and f. His expertise made my shopping experience so smooth and positive. Another associate, TeeTee was also extremely helpful. She was very professional and helped me find everything I needed. .

All the employees here are very accommodating and the cashier Hugh is awesome, really nice guy.

Got the unusual light bulb that I needed

Bought some paper towels that were on sale. Store was clean, employees were nice and checkout was quick and easy.

Went to the store because I saw lights I needed online, and they were in stock. At the store, they were quite a bit more than the online price. Customer service would not honor the online price, telling me to order it online, and wait for them to tell me the order was ready. I already had the items in my hands, and was ready to check out. Waiting any longer, was not an option, and it was a total lack of respect to the customer

I bought appliances at this store today, and I was helped by Terri Burke, She help me to find a good deal and I get a good price, Terri is an excellent customer service!

I couldn’t find what I needed so a employee was very helpful in directing me to the right area Then two other employees Nancy and Barbara helped me with the necessary info of the item I needed. They went above and beyond and made my shopping experience pleasant and productive. Oh btw look for Nancy’s purple hair

I have been shopping at the Copaigue store since it opened. I have never had a bad experience. When I need assistance I could always find someone to help. People need to understand there are hundreds of customers going into the stores and there aren’t hundreds of people to assist. Learn to be patient and you will get good customer assistance.

Excellent prices and very plasent employes

Great store to shop in, Paint dept. Brian and John provided excellent service. Both were a tremendous help. I wish them best of luck, they truly have a passion to help customers and are very knowledgeable.

There is a wide range of products at very low price. Just today I could not resist the low cost of the detergent, I had to buy a gallon.

Customer service was unhelpful and bad attitude People on the floor paged the deportment for items I needed on top the racks but it took multiple calls and waited about 20 minutes to finally get help

Had a peaceful time in Home Depot thanks to an employee named Raj. She was super helpful and quick witted on the location of a particular degreaser we use in our home. , because of her efforts she saved me much time by not having to go wondering around aimlessly on the hunt for what seemed like a needle in a hay stack.

RAJ from paint Matching sept was amazing very helpful she brought ladder and found what I needed - she didn’t give up, recommended me what to buy and which paint to consider for deck. Highly recommend her expertise.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location #1218 Copiague for the past 30 years or more, it is my 'go to' place for all my home improvement, gardening, storage, cleaning supplies and needs. I have never had a problem. The staff is most helplful and professional.

Liz in Hardware at the Copiague Home Depot is a gem. She saved me a ton of time today by helping me quickly find and select the products I needed. Time is money.

Needed to do a product exchange. It was quick and easy. Customer service employee messaged the correct department to get the exchange moving faster. I was in and out quickly.
