The store is fine but the online customer service is not consumer friendly! I showed screenshots of the range I brought and was just delivered for a price match and when it was discussed they partially refunded me. I questioned why not the proper amount and they had adjusted the sale price as we were chatting, the price was altered since the chat had begun in my cart! Very dishonest folks to deal with, as a retired soldier I expect a higher level of professionalism!

Valerie the store manager helped us find the Christmas decoration we have been looking for. We were able to get the last one they had. Thank you to the staff for helping us.

Jeson was great! He stopped what he was doing and asked how he could help us get a new Samsung washer. He found what I needed and priced matched the “other guy”. In addition, Billy the manager also let me vent and supported Jeson.

Very pleasant shopping experience@ Home Depot Store #3638 in Cornelius, NC! The way it should be! As all Staff went above & beyond any type of regular routine assistance! They were spectacularly Awesome! I was able locate the perfect gift items I was looking for! & I am sure I will opt to shop@this store much more often! Its a win win w/such great assistance/advice/ideas/support/ knowledge needed & it saves you stress & hassles & when you're in a hurry & you need help!

I needed specialty batteries for a carbon monoxide/fire detector and was unable to find at my nearest improvement store. I drove 25 minutes to the Corelius Home Depot and find what I needed - outstanding!

I bought a Christmas tree online and was given a confirmation email that the tree would be delivered on October 25th. Later the day of purchase I received a text that stated it would now arrive November 2nd. This was the first annoyance. November 2nd came and I received a confirmation email letting me know that the tree would arrive in a certain arrival window. I waited until 30 minutes from the end of the arrival window and contacted customer service. Through customer service I am told that my tree was still at the store and never picked up by the transport company. I received no phone calls about this and was just expected to know this apparently. I was told I can either pick up the tree or they can refund me. I live an hour from that Home Depot location which is the reason I ordered it for delivery. I told the customer service agent I would go pick up the tree. We left our house at 8pm and arrived at the store around 9:15 pm. We were greeted by a woman at the customer service desk I believe her name was Dana? She was lovely. She called her manager Shelly and asked what to do and was told to call a number. She did and the person on the other line told her she couldn’t do anything. She called her manager back and instead of coming up to help her associate she proceeded to tell her to call again. This is ridiculous and not the kind of customer service anyone wants to receive when they just drove over an hour to pickup an item that was scheduled to be delivered. The associate at the counter spent 45 minutes with us and made multiple phone calls and eventually got my $35 delivery charge reimbursed. For all the trouble we went through I would’ve thought some sort of discount or at least an apology for the inconvenience from a manager however we received nothing. Very disappointed in this experience.

Plant department is well stocked. Several items on sale. Assisted with located what we needed. Cashier Renay friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is above and beyond how a store should be. Great employees who are knowledgeable and friendly!! Peter, Candace and big Russ were extremely helpful and pleasant. They each provided the right know how and helping hand!

I came in with two small children to get a couple things I didn't know anything about and probably had five different employees help me in such a wonderful way. Even bringing everything to the car. I will absolutely be shopping here on a regular basis!

We've shopped at the CORNELIUS Store #3638 for many years and although we now live a little farther away, are never disappointed that we take the time and effort to drive past other box stores to get there.

Home Depot is a clean organized place to shop for everything needed for our home. The LG Refrigerator filter I needed was located in the appliance section and at the end cap of where the filters were located. It was helpful because I needed the exact number of the filter to match mine.

Employee James went over and above to find the product that I was unsuccessfully searching for. He was friendly and helpful.

Time for a new refrigerator. We knew what we were looking for, and the sales person Glenn Oliver was super friendly, knowledgable, and handled the sale, scheduling of install and delivery etc. with no issues whatsoever. We love this Home Depot and will continue to shop here often.

This store offers all the major brands for many and all of your household needs. The ideal store to stop in as a homeowner or a contractor. So many aisles of household essentials, and all at competitive prices. Friendly staff, and the store is usually kept in good cleanliness order.
