A Great place to shope just ask for Scarling Michall and Jackson. All three are Great employees.

I purchased 6 major appliances. Ask for Adia in Flooring or Appliance to get supperior sales help. She's new and doesn't have all the answers, but she will get them for you. Shopping Black Friday promos can be extremely frustrating trying to make sure you get all the advertised discounts. Adia did that for me and I got $1300 off my 6 appliances!

Consistently pretty clean and sufficiently stocked. The store restrooms could be nicer, why not feature some of your products in the restroom? Let people try things out?

The associate who helped us was personable and did a great job cutting wood to our specific measurements. Check out was quick and the associate who helped us check out was very pleasant!

YOU NEED MORE FLOOR ASSOCIATES

Store is local to my house. But, as I have said repeatedly in past, you have too few floor associates. I have to hunt and hunt and hunt, quite often, to find help. This motivates me to go to Lowes, which is now very nearby, less crowded, cleaner, and well-stocked with items you do not have at Mohegan Lake.

A lot of the employees are not capable of following through or choose not to follow through when you’re asking for help the pro desk people go out of their way to help in anything you possibly could need if I had one recommendation I would train all employees to have the knowledge and you have the willingness to help people like the people in the pro desk area the pro desk area is the only reason why I continue to go back because a lot of the people in the store don’t come close to the people in the pro desk thank you bro desk people

Customer service desk is great. If they dont know how to help you they call their head young lady in charge and she knows how to assist them to assist us. It's a great place to see team work amongst employees to assure us shoppers get the best experience possible! Definitly recommend this place. And please be patient they are very busy and I've seen other customers get mad at the people at the desk for things out of their control. remember we are shopping in a big franchise store there will be lines most of the time !

Being a new homeowner I find myself shopping at Home Depot weekly! This past weekend Vera went above and beyond assisting us in buying our first barbecue grill! I highly recommend finding her to assist you while shopping at this Home Depot!

This particular home depot is amazing and it is 100% due to the courteous, patient and kind staff!

I would definitely see the desi in electrical department for information on projects that could help me OR ITHERS on how to do things better besides the what you know already about electrical Thanks DESI

IT'S MY GO TO #1 STORE.

From the initial call, directing me to the Pro desk, to the initial Pro woman/manager (Margaret) to the associate (John) who helped me put together and finalize a special size "Andersen" patio door order, the experience was pleasant and professional. John assisted me with the correct hardware, as well as alerting me to any associated discounts. Although it was a busy time, they worked as a team to make the experience quick, accurate and (therefore) pleasant. Helping with the design and hardware was important, as although I had an idea from the product website, I am a homeowner and not a contractor.

Had all the materials I needed and Tyrone, a Home Depot associate helped me with my entire purchase from recommending and selecting products, finding me a cart, loading my cart, assisting me at the check-out counter, and even loading my vehicle; all while providing me with important information regarding my purchase, in a professional and friendly manner.

I like this store because it is close to my home and there are always helpfull and knowledgeable employees there to help

I would rate this a 5 star experience. Chris and Milo in Paints were not only courteous and professional but they showed true concern for making my paint perfect. Associates greeted me upon entering and leaving the store regardless that I came in 15 minutes prior to closing. I was assisted from the minute I walked in, until I walked out. I never felt rushed, I felt appreciated

The store is always stocked with products. The employees are always smiling and ready to assist. Pleasure to shop there and check out is always quick.
