Amazing service got what I needed

Great customer service

We were looking for appliances when we were greeted by a sales lady that took our order and got what we needed.

If you have a mask policy you need to enforce it with infection rates out of control there are too many people in the store not wearing mask crowded together I will not shop here

Store employees are always available for help.

The Cottonwood branch of Home Depot has some of the best employees and managers of all the Home Depot‘s that I have ever been to, as a manager, DJ has always been very resourceful, in helping me to find the right materials, for the construction projects that I undertake. The associates are very helpful when I am loading the materials that I have purchased, while I am parked in the contractors bay, and Cindy Lou is one of the friendliest and helpful Cashiers, that a person could ever hope to deal with...

As a resident of Cottonwood,, I think this Home Depot is one of the best store branches, of all the Home Depot’s that I’ve ever been to. All of the personnel that I have dealt with Have always been extremely helpful and courteous, in fact, one of your cashiers, named Cindy Lou, makes me feel just about like family...

Great location with easy access and plenty parking. Well stocked and helpful staff.

I was able to find what I wanted without any help from store employees due to layout of store.

The store needs a Mgr.

Please dont waste your time with their flooring and installation people. (three months for installation) date after you spend $7600.00 and are paying interest. Manage rude to employees and customers. Don't care about customers or their business.

the store is very efficiently ran the staff are always helpful the and store is always clean the staff go up and beyond every time I visit the store the all do a good job from customer service to the returns to your prodesk you never leave the store feeling bad

We sometimes have to wait to find someone to help us, but when we do, it's always exceptional service. We especially love Cindy Lou, the checkout cashier, who treats us like family. Keep up the good work!

I have been shopping this home depot for ten years and know pretty much where items are located. This store moves product around so much it is sometimes tedious trying to find what you are in need of finding. Please stop moving stuff around, I bet I've wasted a whole man-day looking for moved merchandise. Stop IT!!!

everybody was so helpful quick to answer questions and help me to get in and out without a hassle i always enjoy my visits and friendly conversations with the employees

I had a great experience at Home Depot today. Mike brought all my flooring, etc. to my car. He was professional, went the extra mile for me, and knows the merchandise. Tim loaded my car and was really friendly.

Always a clean store and helpful. Glad I have a store like this to shop in.

I experienced a very positive shopping experience at the Cottonwood Az Home Depot store on 9/11/2020 4:30 pm because of the personal service I received from staff members. In the paint department, young male staff member walked me to my requested items and provided requested information. I was assisted in the garden department by Dave who stopped to inquire if I needed assistance. He also took the time to answer specific questions. And my experience with cashier Brandie was friendly and professional.

COVIDIOT Heaven!! The store is so irresponsible--they do not care about their customers AND employees. Sad.

Not happy about waiting in a line a mile long during a pandemic just to pay for 1 box of brad nails because they say they have NO cash For the self checkout ? Apparently cash is running low in our country, change also that’s why businesses are asking for exact change or just keeping yours completely I’d like to know what’s really going on?

Very impressed with compliance to covid 19 rules and guidelines. Staff was inforcing the mask rules to all customers and social distancing. Besides the excellent service and loading assistance I felt very safe during the store visit. I hope other merchants in this area use this home depot store as a example of how to do things right. 000

Flooring Dep’t team was great.

I purchased a grass/hedge trimmer battery powered and it works well

Will call sucks. Took two days to get two doors from the racks to the will call desk.

It’s a great store but it would be even better if it had a rental department

The cashiers, mostly Kim, seem to be very efficient and helpful. The other young employees look like they are busy working so maybe when they are needed to help a customer they can't because they are busy?!
