A chest freezer was needed quickly and found one up on a shelf. An associate asked if we needed help and I told her I needed this freezer right away because my food was thawing. She quickly found the lift driver and he came right away to remove the item to a cart. She then pulled the cart to the front check out for me. She even stayed to make sure there was someone available to help load the freezer. This was the fastest time I have ever experienced in Home Depot--from walking in, finding, getting it off the shelf, purchasing, and loading took probably no more than 30 minutes. By the way, this was a large chest freezer .

This store is a good place to shop for home improvement needs. However, don't just accept information given by employees because it may not be valid. I was shopping for toilets and wanted a size 17 inches from employee's told me that they did not make toilets 17 inches in height and that all toilets came in size 16'' in height. Knowing better I called the home depot store in Conyers and fount the 17'' inch high toilets that i was looking for. Covington employees felt I was just another unknowing customer and just feed me untrue information hoping I would just accept it and move on.

I love shopping at homedepot, just walking around the the store and looking at products gives you great ideas to do DIY projects.

Favorite place to shop

Made a trip to get gutter guards for the gutters that were just cleaned out of the fall leaf drop so I won't have to do that next year.

I was so happy when The Home Depot came to Covington, It is my go to Home improvement Store. I have purchesed items in every department along with A Refrigerator, A Washer and Dryer and I am VERY happy with these appliance, I have never had any problems with them.

This store the employees were extremely nice compared to others even Lowes in Conyers.

The store was clean and orderly but there was only one employee on the large appliance dept. Really inconvenient.

Paul was great ! He was super helpful with our situation because I lost the receipt . He worked with us and provided everything we needed to get recessed lighting in our home ! Best employee Home Depot has in our opinion !

The employees are generally friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to other home improvement stores. Aisles banners guide you to product locations. Store is generally clean. Convenient location with plenty of parking space.

Tracy in the kitchen appliances department was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough during the sell. She extended customer service from the hello to thank you. She went into another department to help find a price for area rug for us, true team player.

What a disappointment! I am 65, with a heart condition, but asking for assistance from Home Depot employees was useless. Two of them looked at me and walked away, avoiding the labor required to get a sheet of plywood on the store's cart. There were also NO assistants who could help load the plywood in the bed of my pickup. Normally, I don't ask for assistance, but my doctor's orders were to NOT lift anything heavy. Seniors work at home when they can and deserve adequate customer service, but they will NOT receive it at THIS Home Depot.

Plenty of motorized wheelchairs and handicapped parking spaces. Courteous staff. Clean and well organized store.

The Covington Home Depot is on I-20 which makes it to be easily accessible. The store is nice, quiet, and cleaned. This home depot employees' are friendly and helpful. I love shopping there!
