Today my wife and I purchased a “garage ready” refrigerator for our “adult beverages. Never heard of one until today. Appliance salesman Jack explained, in detail, why purchasing a “garage ready” refrigerator is a must in lieu of just a regulator “in house” refrigerator to meet our needs. Who knew? Not me! Every store needs a dozen “Jacks” working for them. Best shopping experience we had in years thanks exclusively to Jack. Great hire Home Depot!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Home Depot store due to Patty's negative attitude, lack of empathy and sense of entitlement. Despite being the only customer in line, she seemed disinterested and was incredibly cantankerous. Furthermore her attitude was far from welcoming. She barely made eye contact, didn't greet me and seemed bothered by my presence. It felt like it was inconvience for her to perform her job, certainly wasn't the first time she has been this way. Overall I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for future customers.

Terry entered a service request and Mitchell heating and cooling called the next day. An appointment was set up for two days later.Byrsn the technician was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. I contacted Mr Cool and a new control board will be sent under warranty.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. And I was able to get exactly what I needed. No hassles, no one arguing with me about something. I was in and out and got what I needed. That’s 5 stars in my book. Thanks Home Depot.

We have purchased all the items from this store from blinds to appliances.

I bought plywood, dimensional lumber, wood finish, hinges and more for a garage cabinets project.

Patty H at the customer service desk was very helpful at trying to resolve a Home Depot online order from a vendor that resold either a defective clothes rack with 3 damaged wheels, or allowed this item to get through their QC prior to shipping. I'm pretty certain that the 1st option is correct. 2 wheels would only turn 90°. Not 360°. The 3rd wheel was crushed. This was NOT damage caused by the handling of delivery service. The corrugated box was in very good condition. Patty H went "above and beyond" to make a bad situation much better! Thanks Patty H!

Our salesperson Tim was a great help in picking out our 4 new kitchen appliances with his knowledge but even more with his patience. As we switched out appliances to try and meet our delivery timeliness, he hung in there with us with great patience as we ended on the appliances that we wanted and the delivery date we needed! Thanks Tim!!

Everyone loves Home Depot because their employees are nice folks.

We were looking for a new bathroom medicine cabinet and this was the closest store that had the cabinet. We normally do not go to this location, however because the staff was so helpful we may return!

We just placed two large appliance orders with this store & could not be happier with the customer service experience and the pricing. The Department Manager in Home Appliances (Catherine) and two associates (Tim and Wayne) that we worked with went far above our expectations with helping us. They all provided stellar customer service and made us feel like valued customers. With Home Depot's sales and incentives for the appliance packages that we purchased, their pricing was FAR below any competitors.

FOR THE LIFE OF ME FINDING A METAL CAN WAS IMPOSSIBLE. LUCKILY WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF AN EMPLOYEE THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE IT ON THEIR PHONE AND GET ME TO THE EXACT ISLE. THANK YOU FOR THE QUIK HELP

When visiting Home Depot ask for John in the plumbing area! John will really take the time to listen and guide you through each process! Always greets in the most friendly manner!

AWEFUL what they are now making veterans due to get the 10% discount! Holding people up in line while you have to look through your phone for their app and open up and wait for the sale to go through then provide them with a confirmation number to enter in the system in order to apply a discount. People in line waiting are getting very frustrated and going to start arguments and altercations between irritated patrons in their store over this delay in checkouts!!! Someone needs to resolve this as for never a hassle in the past when you show your Veterans ID which was an efficient checkout experience when that was accepted.

I have purchased many items from this store and have never had any issues. The employees are always helpful when I’ve been searching for an item. When I’ve had a question about something they have helped me find the answer.

The young man behind the paint counter on 29 June 2023 at approximately 20:00 should be commended. I've never had better service and more so confidence in what I was buying. Turned out excellent.

I was frustrated with a LARGE online order and online Customer Service who were no help, so I traveled to the Cranberry Twp store. It was half hour before closing. The store's Customer Service couldn't help but called Tim in Appliances who graciously placed the order for me even though they were turning out the lights! He was most pleasant and knowledgeable about all the appliances on my list. He went above and beyond, staying overtime , without commission, to get the order placed. Now that's what I call excellent Customer Service!!!

. Location in very safe area. . Lots of very close parking. . Overall friendly staff. . Overall neat and clean store. . I normally look online in cases of determining if item is in stock. . Layout of most/all HD stores same. Nice to know where things are. . Bathrooms clean.

Brad was a very generous and helpful employee! He also had some funny stories! It was an enjoyable experience I hope I run Into him again next time I visit!

This day and age it is hard to find people to direct you and answer your question. Each time I go to Home Depot I am impressed with the number of employees available to help. They are very knowledgable about the products and services.
