I bought Andersen 3000 and 4000 series Storm doors this past month and I love them! They are well made, heavy and easy to change from glass to screen. Just love the full view.

I encountered 4 employees on a quick trip to pick up a few things. Every single one of them provided me with not only excellent customer service but were friendly and professional and kind. Thank you to Tommy, Zac, Brianna and Paxton for confirming to me why this location always brings me back. Great job guys! You are rocking’ it!

All my products I’ve bought from Home Depot in Crystal have been great and have not had to return any of them. Employees are good at helping you find what your looking for and seem very knowledgeable about what they are talking about or can find that person you need

I was buying different items, stain window casings baseboards. The web site inventory matched what was on the shelves.

Steve and Vicki both managers at this location are phenomenal and go out of their way to offer advice, kindness and extraordinary customer service!!!

I would highly recommend, if you can, avoiding this Home Depot. Not only do they not follow other franchises dog policy - this one has a no dog policy (what the heck?!) but the employees AND managers here are curt, rude, and disrespectful any time you ask a question or have an issue you’d like resolved. There are so many other locations that treat you with respect and do not embarrass their customers. We never plan to return to this location again due to the numerous times we have been mistreated here.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Bonus Hector one of the mangers is awesome. He’s always checking on customers and willing to help get them squared away.

We were looking for an expensive mower which this store had in stock, they went way out of their way to see we got the item and spent over an hour helping us. Can’t say enough about customer commitment like this, doesn’t exist in many places keep up the great work!

The store manager Jason V. and the asst. store manager Jason are tremendous. They went above and beyond to help me. they made sure I was taken care of and helped me with everything I needed.

Today my cashier, Maya, was very attentive and accommodating. She came out of her way to make sure that I was safe from an item on a shelf coming loose.

Danny, Lisa, Hailey, Ray and John are always very helpful when I’m there! If I ask someone a question, they guide me to the right person if they don’t know. They’re always really friendly and make me feel comfortable as I walk around aimlessly looking for new items for yet another project I’m trying to do myself. I highly recommend this location!

We purchased with installation two Andersen storm doors. Start to finish, Home Depot #1920 made this a perfect addition to our beautiful home. Everyone at the store was great and knowledgeable. The installer was an expert.

Marie T. is the only reason I purchased an appliance at Home Depot. I stopped in to check prices on refrigerators and due to a sale, found that the one we thought was out of our price range was actually affordable. Marie is knowledgeable about the warranties, the products and their features, sales and discounts as well as being kind and efficient. We ended up purchasing the fridge and a stove! If you need need an appliance, Marie is the person to see!

My only complaint is that the tap to pay option is not available here. I rarely carry my cards with me so this was an inconvenience especially because I had to leave my job site to get these materials. Luckily staff was very personable and helpful.
