I had a great experience yesterday at the Cumming location. Nate went out of his way to find what I was looking for and put it aside. It was a great experience.

SUPER helpful staff! Also gave us 2 projects each for all of our kids to do at home. I was so amazed.

Matteo, in paint department had his face mask dangling from his ear. I asked him to please put his mask on, which he did literally one minute before taking it comp!early off again. This included while talking to a customer in an aisle. The customer HAD to have a mask on to even enter the store, but Matt, an emplyee, apparently did not. Matt kept his mask off while working two feet away from his co-worker, a gentleman probably in his late 60's. I asked to talk to a Manager and Dave, an assistant manager, was wearing his mask below his nose. This was in the Cumming store off of 20. How reckless and hypocritical. Shame on HD!

Nathan Rogers in flooring was very helpful and helped me until my entire flooring purchase was complete.

The store was clean, products were available and associates were courteous and helpful.

This store works be great if it was not for customer service representative Artie. He is very misinformed on the Home depot Ecosmart warranty for led bulbs. He told me I had to register the bulbs online to get warranty but there is no such process. He made this up. So then he says I have to call ecosmart and go through them. I said ok and left the service area. I go get more bulbs to buy as I have failed bulbs that need replacement in my home. Artie comes by and accuses me of stealing the bulbs and I clearly had both the new both and old bulbs in my hands and I'm walking to check out. He is 100 percent unprofessional and should not be a in a position to interact with customers. I should have made a bigger deal about being accused of stealing when he did it. I will no longer come to this store. It is very unfortunate.

This store is one of the worst Home Depots I have ever shopped at besides Wesley Chapel store. They didn't want to check me out at the register and tried to insist I check myself out. I explained to the associate I didn't work there and needed someone to check me out, she indicated that there wasn't anyone to check me out. When I insisted that she call a manager to check me out, she finally agreed to check me out with the new lawnmower I was purchasing, but had a very bad attitude.

I was told that I will get a discount of $100 if I apply for Home Depot Card. Billing Systems did not accept the discount coupone and Sales guy promised to call me back later and refund the money to my home depot credit card. He failed to return the call and also gave me a wrong phone number of another store. I am not sure if I will ever go again. Please be careful if you are being promised discount thru credit card as you may not get it.

This is a wonderful Home Depot store in Cumming. It is clean, well-stocked, good signage that helps you find what you are looking for, and the associates are usually very knowledgeable and helpful in their areas of expertise.

The paint desk was helpful but could have been a little more knowledgeable about paint types.. I like the fact that for most lumber items they can be bought by the foot rather than the piece.

The store is neat and clean, and items are easy to find. The sales associates are truly accurate and knowledgeable about products that are available, and in OUS. Jackie in washer and dryer provides a memorable service to ensure customer satisfaction. Mo was very nice, and took the time to explain the importance of home purifier, and how to aquire affordable installment , to complete installation. Lenna is very friendly, and shows an excellent quality of service, to ensure all of clients have a memorable experience. Thank you home depot for having efficient associates.

The employee at the paint desk was very helpful and friendly. Also the cashier Leena was very friendly and efficient.

This store is very well organized. The employees are very helpful in getting the product you want and they get you checked out quickly. They are happy and cheerful.

This store does an excellent job with inventory control. There is always plenty of inventory and the inventory is always where it is supposed to be on the shelf.

Very helpful staff, clean and well organized

Absolutely NO employees wearing masks. Having just come from Costco where EVERYONE, customers and employees were wearing masks, this was shocking and totally unacceptable. I won’t be back with an alternative provider being right across the street.

Andrew and Ms cindy went above and beyond to ensure that we got the patio furniture set we wanted. They even called 2 other stores to hold furniture for us to pick up as the cumming location had run out of stock in store and online. Thanks to the both of them for going above and beyond!!

I wanted to buy some plants but most of what I liked did not have a price shown. I checked in multiple areas in front of the gardening department and could not find a price. I gave up looking. Home Depot lost a possible large sale. I will be going elsewhere to get the plants.

We buy many plumbing and electrical components. There are literally hundreds of parts and components. This store does an excellent job of keeping up on the quantity of inventory and most importantly having the part on the correct shelf, in the right location and plenty on hand!

So due to the shelter in place thing I decided to order online and pick up my stuff ,the ordering was fine except for the fact the didnt have a update on the website letting ppl know that the times were going to be delayed up to 72 hours so i had no idea . The store is closing at 6 now and the online thing said order was going to be ready by that day so I had not gotten any email or text saying it was done but it said it was going to be that day and almost 6 so drove over and called but they told me the vack up was up to 72 hrs so left because had my kids in car and didnt want to take them in the store. Thw order was not ready for 4 more days and then went to get it and sat on hold for 30 mins with no answer and had to leave so onthe way back home stopped agian and sat on hold for almost 1 hr in their pick up area ,the line was super long to go inside and had 3 upset kids . Finally had to ezit the car and flag down a associate in the parking lot to ask what to do because nobody would pick up on the phone and then another guy ran over and finally got my info for order but took about an hour to do all this , never agian !

Very good customer service, excellent attention by Fred to our needs in the garden section. All my past so many visites have also been awesome.
