Outstanding customer service. I was greeted upon entering the garden center. I fully expected to get my own mulch and load it into the vehicle. The man who greeted me both loaded it onto my cart, and afterwards, loaded it into my car. I didn't even ask!!!

I went to this store around 9:45 pm to shop and the experience was great no line to pay and overnight employees bring my item to the front fast.

Visit other store always seem to be a bother where employees be standing over u making me feel uncomfortable, but my visitation to this store was a great experience and Marcia was able to change that and i will continue to shop here.

The front sales associate that assisted me today had poor customer skills and lacked any effort to attempt to resolve my issue, he did not even try to refer me to his supervisor. When I returned to the front desk after figuring out my own solutions, he evaded me. When I attempted to complain, I was met with Woody who was able to rectify my matter within minutes, apologized, and did her job flawlessly!!! I commend her. Her and Chris the Store Manager would be the only reasons I would return.

THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS WELL ORGANIZED AND HAS MANY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES . EVERYTHING IS EASIER TO FIND IN THE ISLES . I GET IN AND OUT FASTER THAN THE OTHERS HOWEVER SOMETIMES ON RETURNS THEY COULD USE AN EXTRA EMPLOYEE FOR FASTER SERVICE . I GIVE THIS STORE 5 STARS.

employees are usually too busy on cell phones or talking to other clerks about personal business to help - what a joke !

I have at least 5 Home Depot stores that I can go to between where I live and where I work. This is MY go to Home Depot. The staff are friendly and professional and the store is well stocked. When I request help, it never takes long for someone to show up. The store is clean and we enjoy shopping here.

The store was very clean and organized. The assitant in the plumbing department was very and courteous.

Employee JOHN (In the wheel chair) Has the utmost knowledge of where every single item is located in this store. He's ALWAYS approachable, kind and very helpful. He always leads you right to where your item is. As for myself, I will search the store over just to find him because of his vast knowledge and very approachable and willingness personality.

I needed to rent an auger and get supplies for a big project. I found all I needed at a good price AND everyone I interacted with (7 different employees) was helpful and cheerful. It was such a pleasant experience!

I find this store more and more staffed with employees you seem to not know much if anything about there depts.
