It's great fun and interesting and informative every time I shop there. It's a little crazy now with Thanksgiving soon followed by Christmas, but was well stocked and I found a parking spot with little difficulty. Glad you are here!!

DAVIE STORE IN THE TOWER SHOPS IS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

I went to Home Depot to grab some cleaning supplies. I went to cashier and noticed my card was not in my wallet. I advised cashier to put my cart to side I will go to car get my card. I walk back in the store and the cashiers were busy so I grab the cart to go pay the one cashier Nathan turns around and rudely asks to see my receipt I advise him of what occurred and I said I was going to the line since there were people waiting unless he was willing to check me out. He says no so I proceeded to go in back of the line where he yells where you going I said on line. He yells and says No I will check you out. I felt like he thought I was trying to walk out with the cart or something. Upon checking me out he noticed I was a army vet and his whole attitude changed. I felt like he was judging me. You need to train your employees better.

KB in garden was great, he was honest and took his time to explain to me the difference between two items i was thinking of buying and even gave me demo of how to use my new trimmer

I needed help with some boots and Kareen save the day.

Perfect custom Service on kitchen appliance

Everyone is there to help you and if they don't know, they get someone that does.

The store is always clean and has amazing customer service with products that are easy to find.

The team over by the patio furniture dept was great! Marvin, Trevor, KB and Tabitha did really well as a team to help me out. I’m hoping I got all the names right but they know who they are!

Compared with other Home Depots that are all conveniently located, the employees here were available to help and consulted with other employees to make sure I purchased the correct items for my project.

I have been to several Home Depots in Broward County. This store is the best for product display and knowledgeable courteous employees. The store was clean and the only criticism I have is there was one or two product spills from floor displays on the floor .. I found the products quickly with the help of an employee, "Oswey", not sure of spelling, who knew where everything was.

Bought some boxes I was helped quickly and was in and out.

My experience at Davie Home Depot store was A1A , excellent! The staff on the shift that I visited the store worked as a team and extremely customer friendly and focussed. While I waited for representative to help me, I observed the young man being patient in trying to help this gentleman who seemed to be demanding of the representative to stand in the store and make the part he needed. I had to patiently wait on him. I was a bit irate mark you as I had to wait, especially since I had done my home work and came with the part numbers for the item I needed. Of course, the representative was able to help me to find the item after searching in his hand held computer access. I am so sorry I did not take this young gentleman's name to compliment him in this review.

Taylor is always consistently polite friendly helpful. Knowledgeable. Goes out of her w6 to help and make someone feel welcome! Sorry but I do not recommend things to others. my tastes are mine not everyones'

Hold your heads high. Study your products. This is a very friendly staff. Always sensitive to its customer. But improvement can be made. Spend less time stocking shelves and more time asking customers what they are looking for. Engage with the customer. On every isle.

So i get to the register and start scanning my stuff. As I'm scanning a female employee comes over and stands behind me, watching me scan my items. OK, making sure i scan everything, whatever. Then after I'm done,she asks for my receipt to check my items. I ask her about the changes to checking out, getting rid of all the cashiers and having us check out ourselves. She mentioned that if you have a bunch of items, they help you scan. I looked at her dumbfounded and was like, "i have a bunch of items and you just watched me scan them myself..."

On appliances they have someone called Angye Gomez, she saved my hole day. I needed an appliance and she help me to find what I needed really quickly on my lunch time I would say she did everything in 30 min when in other locations its almost impossible to even find someone able to answer your questions. Thank you Angy Gomez will be back for another appliance that I need even though I would have to drive 40 min to that store
