Customer service department went above and beyond helping me with an online order issues today. Chandra was extremely helpful and advocated for myself the customer.

Craig and his managers are great, they lack devoted help. Also I do not agree with the double department heads

Hey I came in to check out options for a custom blinds for our master bedroom and Nancy made the shopping experience truly wonderful. She was patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable in helping me make a final decision.

Employees are very helpful at this location and it’s always easy to find what I need!

I had a complicated carpet order and Nancy in flooring was amazing. She double and triple checked everything so it was perfect. With the help of Lori in customer service, she made sure I got the best pricing, the correct discounts and everything was in order.

The staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. I only spent 30ish minutes in store getting what I needed for my painting job. 10/10 would recommend

We recently purchased new carpeting for bedrooms at Delafied Home Depot, everything went smoothly from picking out the carpet to the person coming out to measure to the actual purchase in the store. Everyone was very good, good communication with times and follow up emails.

This store is clean and well organized. It is full of happy customer service staff. I’ve never waited in line for service as there is such good coverage and efficiency.

Nancy Waters in Flooring Department is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I am installing all new vinyl plank flooring and she was so helpful and followed through with everything as promised. My experience with this Home Depot was wonderful.

I ordered new window treatments for our new home and am very pleased with the products I chose and the installer Terry was excellent! I would definitely recommend Hime Depot to others.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for an associate to stop ignoring me to simply answer a single question. Not the first time either. Many customers walking around trying to find associates in various departments to get help and each time was told it wasn't the associates department and to just wait in the aisle for someone. Done shopping here.

Don Drake, Millwork Specialist, was helpful and kind. Great customer satisfaction. Loved how he also added a little story about a Christmas stocking hanger pole he built and painted and gave away at the store, and another story about being kind to a special needs customer. He’s a wonderful man!

As is typical, the store had in-stock what their app stated it had. I appreciate the up to date inventory. Not all stores keep their inventory precise.
