I walked it with a list in my hand and no idea where to go and what was the best to buy. Each person who helped me, explained the differences in each product. It was easy to make my decision on each item I needed. That was helpful!

I am a big fan of this store and the guy with the knee high, dark tube socks, he is easily the most knowledgeable associate I've ever met!

This store is laid out logically so I know where to find things without having to search. The staff is very very friendly and willing to help, if needed.

Ruth in the kitchen cabinet department was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the products well and offered suggestions that were helpful. yes, I purchased cabinets.

My sales person, Jeanette, was so friendly and knowledgeable on the options of each dishwasher that it made my buying decision so easy

This location on Wadsworth in Littleton is well thought out and organized. Home Depot should just carbon copy this layout in every store. I have a much better shopping experience in this branch than others.

Cutting wood to size. I needed to fix some kitchen cabinets that the base of it fell through to the bottom of the floor. I knew I had to make some supports and overlayment on top. Adam at the store, was extremely helpful in advising me what to get to make these supports. And then he cut them to the sizes I needed! And he was extremely courteous to an old 70-year-old woman. I only have a jigsaw and he made my life so much easier that night. I am forever grateful!

I have completely gutted and redone a small condo by using promotions and services from Home Depot . I’ve found them to be VERY HELPFUL. If there ever was a problem they were eager to fix it !

Alicia was being trained, she will be a great addition to the store. She was attentive, and if she didn't know or understand something she asked her trainer while still doing a great job for us. Very happy with my trip to HD

Had a paint problem with the color and needed to exchange it. First in the door to returns. Met Austin. Fantastic young man. Most congenial young man I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great at his job, very knowledgeable, enjoyed what he does (remarkable), and extremely helpful. Took me straight to the paint area, where Steve Powers (at that time I did not know he was the store manager). He introduced me to their paint specialist Austine, who was absolutely the nicest young lady employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing. Extremely knowledgeable on paint products, scanned my paint sample and made a new product that's a PERFECT MATCH. I was amazed. She answered all of my questions and entered all of the information in their computer so when I need more, it will be a breeze. She was also extremely efficient in working the problem and solving it. I was in and out in what I thought was record time, and she handled other customers during that same period. There was also an older gentleman there, sorry Bud, I'm old too; that was very efficient too. I say this because the Store Manager, Steve Powers, was there and a store run that well is a product of GREAT MANGERSas well. Thanks to all of you, I really appreciated your efforts.

I will go out of my way to visit a different Home Depot. Nothing is ever stocked or stocked in the wrong place. The employees walk around trying not to make eye contact so they have to help you. And god for bid you need help. Good luck trying to find one in the department you’re in.

Excellent customer service by Austine in the paint department.

Per the sign masks are required by local ordinances but those have been lifted. A private business can do what it wants, but so can customers. I can work out at gym with no mask but can’t buy light bulbs without one. And your rude customer service reps don’t help. If it’s not required by law then I won’t wear one and your choice will be to contact law enforcement for a trespassing charge. Good luck with the public relations on that. You didn’t require masks before they were required. You stopped metering customers when it wasn’t required. So how much sense does this make?

Great store. Always a greeter to point you in a direction and easy to find someone with knowledge.

Trying to use the Home Depot Measuring Service at this store was a complete joke. They know the link to the diagram for the quote doesn't work, but you have to call for the diagram. When trying to review the quote with someone I was told I had the "wrong" quote - well this is what you sent me. She resent the quote so i could see the things left out and the price change from what THEY sent me. Third person I talked to said "I don't know anything about products" when asked why a product was different than what the measuring guy told me. Measuring guy was rude and unprofessional. The person that didn't know about products refused to transfer me to the lady I had been talking to that seemed to have some incremental knowledge. Three different people and none of them know any more than what's printed on paper - I can read myself. Need incremental knowledge not a paper pusher. I can't imagine how bad this install would be based on the issue with just getting the quote. No way would I let these idiots into my house. I decided to pay more to a contractor that had knowledgeable people - not idiots. Very, very, very disappointing

I was at the tool rental/repair department. The people in this area are just amazing! Each one is friendlier than the next and will go out of their way to help. They are knowledgeable and experienced! I was lucky to be able to wait for my lawnmower repair. I was grateful for the tips they gave me especially about the airfilter and also how to clean The lawnmower. I am grateful to these guys especially Charlie and Nicole who were my service people. Charlie worked on my lawnmower and got it running so that I could get home and cut the grass before it rain! Nicole was also very helpful checking my lawnmower to see if there was some thing else. The people in this department darks specially friendly and professional! They are an asset to this company

This store was so helpful and I was asked by various employees if I needed help. They guided me to the right place to make my selection.

The customer service is amazing

Nancy in garden is extremely helpful I saw her doing a task and she still stopped to help me. it would have taken me two hours to find everything I needed and it took her 10 minutes thank you Nancy you're the best. Plus thank you for all your expert advice about my garden and clematis. I thank you so much. Your the best service ive had in 5 years. You Rock. Sincerely Trevor

Associate were disrespectful off her frustration she (Marlene) made race comments that was not necessary in any way.

Large store - well stocked - local Denver building items verses Boston building items that I am use to ! All generic items in the same store locations at both cities.

This store is well run and less cluttered than other stores north of this location. Staff was also a bit more positive - better energy on the day I visited. The cashier, Larry, at the Pro entrance/exit really knows what he's doing, go to his line if you want to get in and out quickly

No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Instead I got scolded for being in the key drawer.I was trying to figure it out for myself. The woman who help me was rude from the get go. Where did you get this key? The man Must have made this at the other key station. I told her no. It was made right here, I stood here and watched him. Again, she said he didn’t make it here. I said, yes he did. One more time. I was beyond irritated at that point. When she was done with the keys, she told my son one more time...he didn’t make these here. He Made them at the other machine. It’s good I did not hear that. I think I’ll start going to Lowe’s... bye! The store was not clean, organized

Three people helped me a very ignorant person when it comes to fixing stuff. Crystalle, Jim and AJ. Helped me in every department I needed. They to me, went above and beyond the customer service we have become used to receiving lately. They are top notch, knowledgeable and very patient with me. It is nice to see people who make it so obvious they take pride in what they do. I will drive the extra 6 miles to return to this store next time I need anything. Special thanks to Jim and AJ. Employees would not help and cashier did not offer to bag my items as he left them on the table. He seemed more interested in talking to the other cashiers standing around,
