Associate people is very cain and friendly

This home depot is my go to place because of the knowledgeable employees who have helped me meet my deadlines for a job!

Many company's should take lessons from this store on proper customer service, given the current pandemic and the correct way in which to treat people.

The selves were well stocked I had no problems finding what I needed

Home Depot is going to use an app for veterans to use on their cell phone to get the ten percent discount. But what about veterans that don't know how to use cell phones. Many of us like the ten percent discount, but like it the old way using our ID cards. Contact Home Depot and tell them K.I.S.S. Keep it simple stupid

Needed an item to finish my project.

I have been shopping at home depot for a number of years and dine their products to be better than local competitors.

As a 77 year old widow lady I was looking for a step-ladder to decorate my 9’ Christmas tree by myself and was given the best individual assistance on locating, pricing and demonstrating benefits for my safety with my purchase also loaded into my cart!

Keisha was extremely professional and helpful during our visit!

Terrible customer service skills ! More than 1 thing happened but I will tell only one. Cashier paged for someone to help me unload a heavy cart of wood chips and 2 boys showed up when I was down to the last 5 bags. They unloaded those and never said a word. Not sorry we were late, appreciate your business, come again or anything. Not even after I thanked them for helping me with the last 5 bags. They didn't say your welcome or even acknowledge I was there. Some of the Worst customer service skills of anywhere I've been ! I am a senior citizen that has had major back surgery too. No respect for customers at all !

Absolutely displeased with this store. I will never order anything online from this Home depot. What is stated in quantity is not correct and when you order you are not guaranteed that you will get the product. I bought the stone and appointment for them to be delivered (twice), only to find out that after you pay, your items are not set aside and other customers can come in and buy what you already paid for! Then come to find out that they have no idea when stuff comes into the store. I was told they would have a new delivery of the stone on July 5 2021. Then I find out that there is no new delivery coming and the last delivery was last April! Absolutely unprofessional and lack of customer service! I wont deal with this store again!!!

Seem to have a good stock of products, clean store, well organized and employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

This store was my first experience in buying lawn equipment and because of the service that I first received, I returned and found the same experience. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their departments. The products that I purchased has been of very good quality and I am still satisfied with my purchases.

All the sales representatives are very friendly and helpful. I love shopping at Home Depot!! Always a fun and enjoyable trip!

this store is awesome and the customer service at the pro desk is the best. im a builder and they make it easy to get deliverys and much more.

The people were great, but the phone service is not I never got an answer to my question and stayed on hold forever, not good 70 miles from me to you.

This nice gentlemen escorted me to the items I needed and I notice everyone saying hello John when I checked out I asked the cashier who was that gentlemen she said he’s the Store Manager. He was Exceptional!!!

The store has so much to choose from & is clean & organized. The bathrooms are even well kept! I truly enjoy shopping there. The staff is helpful & friendly as well. Today Wanda was my cashier & she was so sweet & curtious.

Employees don’t care about you. They’re simply there for a paycheck and will lie to you about having products in stock. I’ve never had as bad of a not caring about the customer experience anywhere else. Joseph was the only one who cared to help us and he went above and beyond to help us shop when we weren’t even in his department. If you do shop here, ask for Joseph. He’s the guy for you and will see to it you are leaving that store with a positive experience.
