They suck in helping customers

This is the second time in as many weeks that I've been to Home Depot, and both times I've been incredibly impressed by the employees. They've always been good, but my goodness, they were truly phenomenal. I legitimately wanted to stay there and talk to the cashiers in particular both times. I unfortunately don't recall the first cashier's name, but the one today was named Diana. She's recently moved here from Texas, and let me tell you something, we are darn lucky to have gained someone like her in this area. She's so kind, helpful, and wonderful to talk to. I can't say enough good things about her, and the experience that the Dunkirk Home Depot employees are delivering.

i went there and was looking at a new mower i had one in mind that i wanted your store associate showed me all the mowers in stock showed me a mower that better quality mower and it was lower cost

purchasing a major item like carpet is a taxing experience! the folks at homedepot made this a very pleasurable experience!

I bought this item late evening on my way home from a very busy day. I was very tired. Much to my relief I received prompt and polite help from two associates. Was able to find the item from a variety of choices.

I had trouble locating a product that Homedepot showed they had. A manager could not find it either and offered me a similar item for the same price. Service,Good service is very hard to find now a days. This Homedepot store strives on making thier customers happy. I am a contrator and will be purchasing from this store on thier ability to recognize thier customers needs . The employees are hard working and the mangement team all work very well together.

A new counter was set up facing the door. Two employees greeted me. I also spoke to Jay C. at the register. He was the one who first helped me. The the others pitched in. I left happy with the soft white 60 watt A19 light bulb I came in to buy. Bravo!

Our experience in the appliance department went so very smooth. The associate was very helpful & knowledgeable. We were attended to & completed our purchase in a very comfortable time

We woke this morning in an icebox. I quickly determined that the circuit breaker to the furnace was broken. I bought a new one. It didn't fit. I took it back to the store with the broken circuit breaker. They refunded my money and had Jeff meet me in the electrical aisle. He explained why my choice didn't fit, found the correct part for me and explained how to install it. We now have heat again!

I tried to purchase the Ryobi, buy two batteries get a chainsaw free deal, the store has no batteries, but had two chainsaws, I was not allowed to have them hold the chainsaw and guarantee me two batteries, even though I paid for the chainsaw. I had to cancel the order and did receive my money back. The service desk is not on the same page. They also have this deal for Black Friday and I was told, the store would not be getting and in. I feel, this is false advertising.

Employees always asking you if you need help finding a product

As a full time home repair and remodeling specialist I visit many different supply stores and this one always rates at the top in all areas , wish I could do all my shopping here🤔

Although Dunkirk is a very nuce store, the Jamestown store was amazing, much bigger and very clean.

I wanted 24 bags of heavy stones. They were stacked on the bottom palette and way in the back under the shelf above. It was hot bees were using around. I am 70 with bad knees and bad hip. I asked for help loading the stones. By the time I returned with the cart a young man appeared and helped to load the stone onto the cart and into my car. Not an easy task. I tried to reward him with a small tip. He politely thanked me and refused the tip. I feel bad, he definitely deserved a reward!

Orderd a 18 cubic ft fridge for my deck at our seasonal camp site in Arkwright Hills Campground. Really appreciate all the great customer service by Chris CXC1912. Thank you!

My purchase was made July, 2023, very happy with it.

I ordered 4 items that totally $342.07 . I had a coupon for $15.00 off a purchase of $100.00 or more. I had two gift cards ($100.00 @) which brought the balance down to $142.07. I was told that I could not use the coupon because I used gift cards. I don't get it as the balance was over $100.00. I'm going back to talk to a manager as this is not acceptable and nowhere does it state that I can't do this.

Lawn and garden closed at 10 AM on a holiday weekend. Gates were closed as well so I used the closest cashier which was the returns desk. The cashier attempted to educate me to not use this returns desk as it’s inconvenient for them.

I've purchased several items at Home Depot over the years and they have always been good experiences. Today's experience was even better than normal, just because all of the employees were so helpful an friendly!

Every time I visit the store, they always have what I need and also have a friendly and helpful staff, this is very important for me to get in and out as fast as possible feeling good about the day.

I live in West Seneca and have a vacation place in Sinclairville. I can buy my supplies close to my home but i always prefer the Dunkirk store. They are just a different caliber of people there an i really appreciate them
