I love coming to Home Depot for my plants. They have a wide variety of plants and planters for my indoor and outdoor needs and I’ve had great success in keeping these plant babies alive!

Wanted to add more lightning to the home.

An order I placed (in store) was correctly done, but the items delivered were not. Kim (Service Desk Supervisor) was super helpful in getting it resolved quickly. Basically she fixed the problem and was fun to work with. Brandon was also involved in figuring out and fixing my problem.

Dave assisted me in both the survey and with applying for a job at Home Depot

I always have someone to help me find what I need. And if I have questions the staff helps to answer them. Good parking and great store

I've recently started using home depot as my go to supply place for repairs. A lot of your associa, very eager to help and and as of lately the quality of customer service. Has been up very helpful and informative. And if they don't know it, they will find somebody who does and I appreciate that.

I had the best sales associate and experience picking out all new kitchen appliances. Alex at the Federal Way location was very knowledgeable, patient and humorous and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

We ordered blinds from Home Depot for our living room and they are perfect. They had to be custom made and they fit to a tee as well as work wonderfully!

We love having the HD in our neighborhood. It is so convenient to get to and usually have what we need. The Garden department has a great variety of plants. Enjoy the seasonal promotions and decor. Wish prices were more competitive.

At the contractors check out is the most wonderful and kind woman named Sheryl. She is always kind and friendly and so very helpful. Thanks Sheryl for all you do!

The East Boise store is by far the best in the valley. I’m at Home Depot for work on average a couple times a week and 2 to 4 times a month for personal reasons. The staff is always helpful, shelves are typically stocked well, and John and Bill, as a pro desk are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought a doggy door insert for our home, the insert was too large for our back door so we decided to make a return. The return lady was condescending and rude. Before looking in the box she said ‘we don’t like to take returns with missing parts so I don’t know if I can put this back on the shelves’, I told her there weren’t any missing parts to which she responded ‘well I imagine the condition is pretty bad and we don’t like to take those either’ to which I said ‘feel free to take a look at it’. The door was in perfect condition with all the parts. She rolled her eyes and said ‘okay’. I really wanted to say ‘lady, I’m not returning this to take advantage of you, the insert literally doesn’t fit!’ but I could tell she already made up her mind about what I was doing. I understand people can have a bad day, but is it too much to ask not to be talked down to when you’re making a valid return?

Shop at this location in Boise 90% of the time. Nice staff. Thanks to Cheryl for always checking me out with a laugh

Products I was seeking were in stock and the prices clearly marked. Assocaites were helpful in finding products and at checkout as well

no matter what your hardware needs are the people at this location will do their best to help you out. and cashier Sheryl have you smiling before you leave.

We shop regularly at the Home Depot on Federal Way and always find it to be clean, orderly and well stocked. Additionally, we are always able to find help from a friendly sales person when we need it.

Kim went above and beyond. She is the definition of customer service! She was the only employee that constantly checked in the make sure that the CORRECT product was being delivered to me after numerous attempts to get it.

Bill and John at the Prodesk are always so friendly and helpful, they are the best!

I was convinced all employees at this store had the same negative demeanor as one in particular behind the customer service desk ... until recently when I was helped by Cynthia. This particular employee goes above and beyond to be of service with a genuine interest in her customers. She is efficient, she is knowledgeable but most importantly she loves her job and people. Each time I see her I smile ... and I look forward to my next trip - hoping she is there to interact with.

I find successful experiences at this store time and again. This last time, Pete in paint, Barb in garden, and Maria at check out went above my expectations! Every time, the employees have been knowledgeable and fully engaged with me, even when I come in clueless and genuinely need help. Thanks!!
