I go to the garden shop alot and always receive a friendly greeting and how can i help you. Thhis is why I go to Home Depot!!!!!!

The cashier Yvonne was so helpful and polite made me want to come back to Home Depot

Tammy Box was very helpful with the Faux Wood Blinds. She took the time to look up blind sizes since I needed blinds to be order for the sizes that I needed. The only con was I did not get my Military discount.

This home depot is great. Very professional and clean store. Employees are great, and very knowledgeable. Love this Store.

This store has the best employees anywhere! Everyone I’ve encountered there in my visits over the past year has been friendly and genuinely helpful. The employees work really well as a team, also. They know just whom to radio for the right answer to a question, & they can get someone right over to solve a problem. I’m sure they must have good management, but we all know the workers are the ones who make a place run smoothly, & these employees have it down! Compare them to the train wreck of a Lowe’s on Garner’s Ferry, where to get any help at all, you have to get in line behind six other people and actually follow some poor Lowe’s employee around like jackals after a baby gazelle, and you can NEVER find anyone who is truly knowledgeable about a given department. They used to be good, but over the past couple of years, they’ve just plummeted downhill. No thanks - I’ll take the drive to Two Notch any day!

They get you out of the door fast because I need to get to the job!

This was my first time buying flooring. The variety of flooring was excellent. My selected flooring was available and just the correct amout. The experience made my day!

I just bought a generator and love it. Also got my 17th. Ryobi tool and they are all great and only at Home Depot.

I was greeted when I walked in store, as I walked to appliances was greeted by Rodney Sanderson who asked could he help me without even asking. He showed me products and rang me up and even help put in my car. AWESOME experience.

This Home Depot has a better "feel" to it than the other Columbia stores. I've never had a bad experience. Ari and all the other employees do an outstanding job. Customer service is their number 1 priority.

Employees were very helpful knowledgeable and kind! Especially Keith in plumbing he made sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our bathroom renovations.

You need to have more Associates pay attention to customers like me, that are walking around this HUGE store with a lost look on their faces.
