Stopped in to pick up some spray paint. Remembered we'll be needing 2 patio chairs soon. When I asked in the paint department they said, " I'll show you" and walked to the end of the main aisle and pointed to the outdoor furniture.

She is a person who helps you with whatever you need.

I tried to purchase a power tool, however it was in a locked bin. I spoke to 2 employees a total of 3 times over 20 minutes and both promised to send someone to help me. No one showed up any of the times. I went home and purchased the same items online in 10 minutes. During this time, several other employees walked by, heads down, and would not even acknowledge me. Please get some helpful employees!

I checked out with Valerie C. and she was very pleasant and took the time to write down the remaining balance on my e-giftcard. That is the extra mile I appreciate to show the customer she cares about the customer experience. She also saw that I was having some dificulty and came right over to assist.

How did issue with a real cashier went to management to complain gave my phone numbers because the managers was in a meeting never heard back from them and that your management team the day of my receipt

I had purchased the incorrect size of A/C filters. Debra handled my situation extremely well. I was very satisfied with how she engaged and resolved things!

Card machine was malfunctioning and Rene the cashier built up an attitude as If that’s not his problem, insulted my senior citizen father saying that his card must not be valid or that he’s either not reading the instructions. This same problem and behavior persisted with customers in front of us

Delray Beach Home Depot charges $.50 more per bag for black rubber mulch than other Home Depot’s in the area. It’s also $.50 more than the price shown online for Home Depot.

Typical Home Depot. They say they can help (as I recall that’s even in their slogan) but they lack the staff and experience to be of any “help” to anyone other than the complete idiot.

The store was busy (and the parking lot full) despite the pouring rain. To check out, there was a line on the self-serve registers. But a cashier down the side called out and said he was available to check people out instead of just standing idle. That is the right attitude!

I frequent Home Depot in Yonkers NY. Getting a new residence in Delray brought me here and I asked employee at the lumber section if he could make a few cuts to ONE piece of lumber and his answer was NO. Upon my return to the same section I overheard a couple ask the same question to the same individual and he said yes. What gives ? Made me and my wife feel a bit dejected but we found another solution. Otherwise checkout was friendly and I opened a credit card despite the rude reply without so much as an explanation or reason for the one word dismissal.

Homeowners know there is always something else to be done. There are no excuses with this Home Depot being so close and easily accessible. It's caused some 'deferred maintenance' to get done! Like painting the bedroom! Paint is complete. The other things that will make it the dream I envisioned will come about because Home Depot is there.

Very helpful, working with my daughter in Delray Beach and me in Commack, NY. I was making this purchase as a gift for my daughter.

Ashley she is a cashier she was walking by in the pluming department and I asked her if she worked in this department, she said no, but helped me as if she knew what she was doing. I was very pleased at her effort to please me with my help. Awesome person, stepped up as if worked in the pluming department. I can't thank you enough Ms. Ashley thanks for the blessing.
