This store has a wide variety of products. They certainly do not have enough help, so checkout can be a problem at times.

I APPRECIATE THE LOCATION AND THE COMPLETE STOCKING OF THE PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE BEEN SEEKING.

Walked In to get cleaning supplies and some of the employees were helpful without hesitation..that's a plus with me and very much appreciated....keep up the good hard work

I was able to get all what I needed really fast. Fast service. Everything I needed was in stock.

Horrible service!! Customer service is not there main priority! Will not shop here again!

I love this store. Just bought my first home and love doing upgrades to it. Home depot is my favorite place to shop. I will be spending alot more time there.

Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know the answer they have not tried to fake it. They told me they didn't know and would find someone that does.

I love to shop at this store. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have several employees that know me by my name and greet me like family every time I visit; that is the case of Mr. Coker and Mr. Jacome. I always find everything I need and receive the necessary help when it is required. The employees at each department are very knowledgeable saving me tons of time and money every time I shop there. I also love the clean and organized environment that I always find at this specific store. Everything is easy to find, and you can always find extraordinary sales at hand while you are shopping through the aisles. It is definitely one of my favorite stores to buy in town, even though I am not a professional contractor.

Just needed to get a few items, and was in & out, in about 5 minutes. An actual person at the register, who was very courteous, and had a genuine smile.... And it was 15 minutes til closing, and it was an easy, & pleasant shopping outing.

All the staff and employees are awesome at this store and you can tell that they have been trained to keep customers satisfied!

Deffinitely the best hardware store out there hands down! I love my neighborhood Home Depot. On 50th St. The staff is great, and the products are a reasonable price. Cheap on price and quality on material. I get my lawn equipment, to plants, to staples here and I can spend hours looking around at their products!

The customer service is lacking. If you need help finding something or with the self checkout, good luck.

There are two Home Depot's in Lubbock. This one is in a less convenient location, but it consistently is better stocked and cleaner, with more employees available and willing to help.

Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. The store seems well managed and is clean. The displays look great. I always enjoy the shopping experience at my local Home Depot Store.

Not good customer service as the most there are rude and arrogant people. As upon my arrival there returning doors to them in hopes of an easy exchange and or store credit. Patrick came to me in a very rude manner demanding my receipt. I told him i was just going to leave doors right there in return area so that I could go get doors needed. He said no thats not how we do things here again in a very rude manner. So i say ok and gave him my receipts. As he progressed he got more rude not asking what my intentions were or nothing just its going back on the credit card. I said no as im not calling my boss to make the same purchase twice. He got very rude telling me hes not doing that. At which point I told him to call his manager over here and he told me not going to happen. So i count to 3 saying ok im done. Going to find manager my self. Well good old Patric called him before getting to me told him I did not give him a receipt. Lied to him to cover his back then the store manger got the store credit I wanted. However even he was very rude in his manner. Then I talked with the district manager which just got on to his high horse saying that I did not have a receipt of which i took out and showed him. District manger Isack begain to get rude. Protecting his employees Telling me that i cursed four to five times during a 30 min conversation. Like he was not concerned about the problem but counting words. Then changered me a penny more for the same doors at the same price. Just smaller. So i gave them that penny saying the customer is not worth any more than the money they bring to them. I find Don in pro desk to be very rude to people. Some girl there hit on me in frount of my wife. People are crazy here. Why? Whats going on? I think the distirct manger needs to be writen up. Get that store back under control. This has been going on for three months as i just started going to this store. So here are names. Don at pro desk. Patrick at returns. Isick district manger store manger as I didnt get his name. A blond girl that works in returns. Collecting these names over time. Something well be done!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I'm always able to find everything I need. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I always leave satisfied. I would recommend Home Depot to my family and friends.

Employees willing to bend over backwards to help you find exactly what you need. Always helpful. They are very professional and friendly. Much appreciated!

This store, in the last couple of years, has significantly improved its customer service.

The new design concept is poor and lackluster.... Corporate... Its time to rethink your design and go back to the drawing board. I'm not impressed. Customer service was poor as well I don't know what changed with the new design, do people not interact any more as part of the redesign?

The manager and the staff went above and beyond assisting me. I had a new hot water heater purchased and delivered before 7:45 in the morning. Ours went out the night before. Then, they assisted me in connecting to their professional installers to come the same day and get this installed. AWESOME SERVICE!

Employees are always helpful. Especially Mary Garza and cashier Kimberly and Brooke.

The associate at the plumbing supplies section was outmost knowledgeable and professional. Above and beyond service duly noted at day 10 of bathroom remodeling.

The employees are always helpful and exceedingly happy with their jobs. I never hear a complaint and the employees remember me.
