This location has always exceeded my expectations of the home depot stores. At other locations I did not receive the help that I needed, and was more often than not pointed in the wrong direction. The Home Depot on Highland Drive always manages to help me out with whatever home improved items, or services, that I am looking for.

I love this store just the right size also there is a particular worker in the tool crib name Mark who is an excellent employee dedicated to his job thank you Mark

Looking for a patio door for our condo. Toby was extremely helpful. Really knows his product. I've purchased cabinets for 2 bathrooms from this same store. Same thing - employees are very knowledgeable about their product. What's even better - they have my wife's approval!!!

Great local hardware store with very knowledgeable customer service reps to help you find everything you need for your project.

Cashier and loaders are great.

We went in to order window coverings and were helped by a wonderful gal who was so knowledgeable about all the options. She knew a sale was coming up, so she suggested we wait for that sale to begin and order during that event. She saved us a bunch because they blinds were 30% off! She suggested that they be delivered to the store and we could pick them up at our convience, which we did. It was perfect!

If you ever need locks rekeyed please see Suzann at this location. Don’t pay the ridiculous fees of mobile locksmiths. Suzann and store are great for offering this service. Thanks Wally

I cannot say enough about John who works in Appliances. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I appreciated the time he took to explain all my options, including options in financing. I will definitely seek him out next time I have questions.

I opted for an email receipt because the associate told me that it would give me a one year warrantee on the product. Big mistake...I went to print the receipt so that I could have a printed record for my file. Your receipt prints out on THREE pages. You need to fix that immediately. Ridiculous, I will never opt for an email receipt again. Also, I don't want to be spammed by Home Depot simply because I opted for an email receipt this one time. I do like the covered overhead for pick up of large orders. Your location is awkward for people who are first time visitors to your store.

The lighting department is very good. Quick to offer help with lots of knowledge.

My experiences with HOME DEPOT have always been good. One problem I have is the displays in the center of the aisles making it difficult to maneuver a cart.

Honestly, I have never enjoyed a HD as I do this one, and all because of the employees!! Before HD was just a place I had to go now and then, but I look forward to projects I have now. I am a woman and all of the people there treat me with as much respect and integrity as they would a seasoned contractor. Totally honest review. I know no one personally at this HD.

I SHOP AT ALOT OF DIFFERANT HOME DEPOTS, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE FEW TIMES I HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE I HAVE HAD SUPURB CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM THE PRO COUNTER TO THE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES THAT WORK IN PATICULAR SECTIONS OF THE STORE, THE TILE SECTION, THE EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMLY PROFECTIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TILE WORK AND WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE WITHOUT MAKING ALOT OF TRIPS, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SWIFT WITH THEIR HELP AND CONCERN, AND THE CHECKOUTS ALL WENT EFICIENT, VERY GOOD JOB TO THE EAST SALT LAKE STORE, YOU HAVE MADE A BELIEVER THAT HOMEDEPOT IS THE PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS.
