Excellent customer service !!!

Happy with products that I purchased and sales lady.

Associates work hard to help, very friendly and professional

Was purchasing a torque wrench that rang up incorrectly. Lovely customer service rep asks where did I get it. Now I'm no rocket scientist but I don't think home Depot has an abundance of torque wrenches hidden throughout the store. So I said off the shelf which I thought was an obvious answer. I wasn't aware that I would have to show the home Depot employee the location of her products. She made a smart remark or giggle you know typical A+ customer service protocol. Then I lead her to the shelf 50ft away in the tool isle and showed her the price sticker which was no problem. If you are that unhappy and on edge at your job it's time for a change lady. Also learn where your products are it wasn't like I was asking about a pipe fitting or fastener. Nope it was the one and only torque wrench in the whole store.

This Easley store should be the training center for associates. The great customer service store-wide runs from the time you walk in until you check out. You rarely see associates standing around talking to each other unless they are trying to help someone find something. Most HD Stores, you have to chase down someone for assistance, not the Easley Store.

I do ALL of my shopping here…from simple items that I find to be more cost effective here as well as larger more industrial items for the same reason as well as the customer experience I can count on.

The worst Home Depot in existence. The following statements are what the employees actually said to me: “Well, that’s not my problem. You’ll need to return it where you bought it.” The Home Depot Store where I bought the item is an hour away. When needing assistance while shopping, I approached three employees talking. When I said excuse me, I was told “we’ll be with you in a minute.” When checking out, I asked it there were more quantities of a product I was purchasing. I was told by the cashier, “if it ain’t back there, we don’t have it.” When I asked if there was more stock in boxes over the shelf, she said, “I’m just a cashier.” When I asked if she could bag my items, she said “we don’t bag those.” Wow, someone is not training this store’s employees properly. SHOCKING and this was in one visit…Needless to say, my last visit to this store.

The most frustrating trip I have ever had at Home Depot.

I totally enjoy my local store here in Easley, SC. However, I would greatly appreciate your streamlining the process of accessing my military discount.

Each time I’ve gone to this store I have been impressed by the staff, from the way they keep the store tidy, to how friendly and helpful they are. They’re all very kind and helpful quick to solve any problems I may have.

Last night I purchased bags of mushroom compost and some other odd items. The gentleman working the floor of the department gave me royal service by helping load my cart and helping me load my vehicle. Excellent service!

We bought two rugs from here. The rugs are of good quality and very happy with the purchase. The clerks were friendly and seemed to care about helping out without being too pushy or acting like they were being bothered. Would recommend this Home Depot.

I ordered a water heater, it should be in by October 30 2022. I really like the water heater I ordered. I have wanted a counter top water heater for years. Home depo is the only place I found one. Cynthia and Stephanie took the time to find it for me. Thank you Ladies and Home Depo.

This store is very clean, well organized, and every employee is always happy to help. Billie has been a great example of what customer service is in retail and gets it right every interaction.

I could not get any assistance to load very heavy landscaping rocks & mulch, Many bags were busted & leaking & the Greenville SC Home Depot takes 50% off however the Cashier said she could only take 15% off.My car is full of the debris..

I've had a Problem with Flies around my outside Cat's Food bowls. I found "Resue Reusable Fly Trap" and have been Very happy with its performance!

Every employee we asked for something looked up the isle and section along taking us to the section.

No problems. Found items came to get.

The lamp shade was exactly what I wanted.

If you need equipment, talk to Anthony in the Rental Dept. He is a huge asset to this location. I don't really like big box stores but I'll be back to talk to Anthony the next time I need to rent equipment.

Each time I come to this store, the employees are so helpful. I never leave angry.

I visit all of the upstate SC stores, this is hands down best managed store around. From the Customer Service Desk to Associates on the floor, Pro Desk, Checkout and Delivery, all are top knotch. Has to be a Management congrats. There's no other store that has all of these areas covered this well. All of the people are eager to help.
