We have a Home Depot that is much closer but this store..#8523.. is a bigger store and, the parking lot was designed for customers who drive pickups and larger cars.

Customer service is garbage at communicating with customers, desperate retraining is needed for Helen and Amy

Much better experience when a staff member does take the time to help you if you need it. TONY L provided me with friendly welcoming professional exemplary serve this morning helping me out with a little issue with my Home Depot card card. AND DID IT WITH A SMILE !

Customer service was great. They treated you on a personal level instead of business level. Able to guide you to the right place and their recommendations on products.

Because of staff members like JULIE that is so willing to help you look for what you needed then suggests the proper thing that will work better. She provided me with genuine exemplary professional assistance and taught me some things I did not know with the screws and bolts. SHE IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS.

The cashier KATELYNN does not need to be working at a customer service desk. She has poor customer service skills and a bad attitude. She constantly gives the other workers an attitude and is very disrespectful. She needs to find another job ASAP!!!!

Just bought this beautiful Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator

I bought a grill that was already assembled and was too big to fit in my car. The store manager and two other associates bent over backwards to help me get it tied into my car. They even wiped the rain water off of it and used brand new microfiber towels to keep it from scratching my car that I got to keep. Everyone from the cashier to the customer service representatives were incredibly nice. 5 stars isn’t enough

Then I got a call from Home Depot saying they had sold my product, and then, it was resulted that after they had sold my product instead of sending it to me, the product sold out all online, this is false advertising. I wanted my package and had my money returned instead. Very disappointed in Home Depot. Very poor service”

Why even show on hands counts, you end up driving to the store to be told they never trust them. Try calling, they will never answer.

Dalton helped me as soon as my wife and I arrived. It was nice feeling greeted as covid revoked from us. I asked where the Odoban was and he told me where to go. I was out within minutes and he told me goodbye. My wife couldn't decide on what scent she wanted. There was a variety of Odoban to choose from. Thanks! I'll end up returning to pick up a new scent soon.
