While I had an overall positive shopping experience at Home Depot, there were a few minor frustrations I encountered: Limited staff availability: At certain times, I noticed that it was challenging to find a store associate readily available for assistance. It would have been helpful to have more staff members on the floor, especially during busy periods. Out-of-stock items: On a couple of occasions, I couldn't find certain items I needed because they were out of stock. It would have been beneficial if the store had better inventory management to ensure a more consistent availability of essential products. Long checkout lines: During peak hours, the checkout lines tended to be quite long, resulting in a longer wait time. It would have been more convenient if additional registers were open or if there were self-checkout options available to expedite the process. Difficulty in locating specific products: While the store layout is generally well-organized, I faced some challenges in finding specific items due to large store size and limited signage. Improved labeling or interactive store maps could help customers navigate more efficiently. These frustrations are relatively minor and didn't significantly impact my overall satisfaction with Home Depot. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and believe that addressing these areas could further enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Mohammed is an associate at this store 4648. He tried to prevent me from buying the tools I needed for my job. There is a Dewalt deal going on where you’re able to get a free battery with a qualified combo kit. All of the tools I was trying to buy qualified for this deal. He was so fixated on telling me I wouldn’t get the free battery and I would have to pay full price. I got tired of hearing him, so I grabbed the tools myself and went to the register and long behold… I get a free battery.

Rob from Lumber department went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I usually do not participate in survey's or reviews but he (Rob) should be definitely recognized for his excellent performance!

I shop at Home Depot across the area. East Manassas is clearly the best of them all.

Excellent Staff, Quality products Home Depot is my second home :) I visit this store couple of times a week. bought all my tools from this store. On this visit bought 32 studs to build shed at home and decided to get them cut from the store lumber department. Rob in Lumber store provided excellent help. He is perfectionist and marked every stud with measurements. Did neat and perfect job. Saved a day.!!

Hugh went above and beyond to locate and retrieve the air conditioner that I wanted. He had to move many pallets in the receiving area and then get a forklift to pull the pallet that was on the highest shelf. He was always courteous and treated this sale as if it was his own. And then afterward he ensured that I knew his co-worker (Alex) had helped also.

Benny, her supervisor (Asian man) and other Pro section staff are exceptional employee's, they do a great job and are knowledgeable, professional and considerate of the customer’s. the staff was very interested on what I wanted, gave me guidance and help me get the best value for my money. This is my first time having to replace a water heater and I found it very easy to do using the Home Depot online service. Home Depot partnered with Fairfax Electric, Plumbing & Gas who provided Excellent service at a realistic price. Team was professional, courteous and timely. My overall shopping experience today was average. It could have been better, but I was not satisfied with how I was treated at the self-checkout process. Management should think about putting signs on where customers should form a line and not just assume that everyone knows where the line should be. The female associate at the self-checkout area could have been a little more pleasant when she addressed me because apparently, I wasn't in the correct line -- even though she directed the lady in front of me to the next available self-checkout kiosk. Thankfully, the two gentlemen in what was the 'correct line,' were kind enough to let me go in front of them. But then the female associate looked suspicious when I went in front of the gentlemen, so they told her that they were letting me go in front of them because I got in line before them. I really did not appreciate how she became suspicious. I made sure to profusely thank the two gentlemen in front of her and let them know how much I appreciated their kindness.

I have recently purchased a front door and lawn mower at this store and the staff ensured that I was completely satisfied.

The associate who helped me in the sink repair department was exceptionally helpful, saving me many hours of effort and frustration.

I asked one of the associate showing the diagram and size of the item in plumbing section and he told me to go to next isle and I could not see any thing even close to my item so went back and ask again and send me to different isle which was full of different bulky items. so I left and went some where else and bought it.

I get capped out on how many words I can have written. I am not a fan of this store and will not return.

The customer service at the store was terrible, took weeks to get a refund for an item they could not deliver on, poor follow up on the store behalf, had to threaten to go to my bank, don't shop there if you need or are looking for a great customer service experience even when management gets involved or if you need a speedy refund. Don't do it.

I have found myself lost many times when entering one of the large scale home improvement stores. Today, I went in shopping for a refrigerator and the team that helped me, YES, more than one associate came to help find answers, and their personal touch and dedication to customer service rocked the house! Kudos to Erick, Monte, Jeanette and Crystal!
