Alex was our salesman and she was so biased against samsung without any real reasoning. She eventually just told us not to get samsung. And she didn't scan my 100 dollar off barcode and didn't try to fix the situation either. Very unhappy and will not return.

Well co-ordination of departments on front door replacement.

I found pocket door guides at a reasonable price. Most other stores only offered the parts in a complete door hardware kit. It was pleasant to see that Home Depot provided the smaller list of parts.

Angel went above and beyond to help me get the right product and save me a few $'s. can't thank her enough!!!

My 86 year old father had a project in mind. We went in and DREW the lumber guy was amazing. He took the list my father had and went right work gathering the plywood and. Then cutting it to the sizes my dad needed. He was so respectful and kind. He was very professional and efficient. Thank you

I'll be going to the smaller local hardware stores until they are finally forced out of business by the giants. Compelling customers to buy ten o-rings when they only need one is extortion. Sure, I now have a lifetime supply of #85 o-rings, but when will I ever use them?

We do a lot of shopping in Home Depot and have always had a very good experience! Susan, a cashier, was extremely friendly and helpful!

While trying to return an item bought online that had missing parts, the front desk workers were very rude, took FOREVER, and very unobservant as to who was next in line.

Veterans need to set up an account on their phones and then go through a few phone manipulations to call up the virtual ID that allows them to get the discount on applicable items. This is quite easy for tech savy vets, but many of the Korean War or Viet Nam vets are not tech savy and many, like myself, rarely think to carry a phone. At the competing big box store in town, the vets need only to show an ID and give a phone number. For this reason, some of the older vets I know will now shop only at the big box store that requires only the ID and a phone number.

Shopping for window shades can be confusing: there are so many kinds, and once you've chosen, they still need to be cut to the right size, but you might come up with different measurements depending on how you do it... Mindy helped me, and she was SO knowledgeable and helpful. It took quite a while to pick out blinds for ALL the upstairs windows in my big Victorian house, but she patiently helped me through it all. I couldn't have made that purchase without her.

The evening we were at the store we found the store appeared short-staffed, but the checkers were cheery and kind.

I've shopped at more than one Home Depot, having lived in other states. This one seems, to me, to routinely maintain a clean appearance. Employees show teamwork and have the same goal--- keep customers coming back with good service.

Went there to browse while in town. Enjoyed the experience and helpful employees!

Some associates are more worried about hitting on people than helping them with the product they are looking for. Screenshot of a cedar 2x4x8 price 11.08 She was sent home with cedar tone pressure treated 2x4x8 price 5.88 A little more attention to what people are needing especially when the customer is just running the errand and has no idea.

Service was horrible. Team members were around, but unwilling to assist customers. Not a friendly face in the store - no greetings, no thanks, no nothing. The customers may as well have been invisible.

We are very pleased with how informed the employees are about the products that are sold at Home Depot.

Bought a Cub Cadet Zero Turn Mower, came with lights and a hitch already installed and ready to go. I was mowing that evening, just needed to add gas. Really enjoy the product.

I could not get anyone to help me at the Pro Desk, no one was at the counter but I saw 3 guys and a lady working in the lumber isle, the lady came to the desk where I was standing and walked right by me and got something from the counter never looking at me and didn't offer to help or call anyone for me who had been standing there. A minute later one of the guys came over and paged someone who never showed up so I left, I was trying to order Trex boards for a summer project. Very bad service.

I recently received great customer service in the Hardware area of Home Depot. Gary the employee, was a real pro in assisting me choose the appropriate screws and drywall anchors for a mirror I’m hanging. He listened thoughtfully and made a solid recommendation. Thank you !

I had to return and item--bought wrong size--no issues, friendly, and fast transaction. Then I purchased the right size part. The cashier, Johnathan, thanked me for my military service and for shopping at THD. Then as I walked away, he said to have a great day. I always receive friendly service at this location!

I purchased a shark vacuum because I have one that I love. This one I will use upstairs.
