We placed an online order on Friday evening. Received a txt that the order was ready for pick up on Saturday morning. At that time we realized we needed to add 4 blocks to the order. We called and spoke with a very helpful operator, who added the items to the order and said it would be ready for pick later in the day. We went to pick up the order the following day, Sunday, and we were told that the additional 4 blocks had not been picked and it would take about 15 minutes. We were asked to wait at pick up and the order would be out shortly. After and hour of waiting one of the associates asked if there was a problem. When we explained she checked the order and then had to go looking for it. Finally, she returned with our order and apologized for our wait but no explanation. How can you advertise the ease of online order and curb side pick up, and helping us "GET IT DONE" with service like this.

Home Depot has a selection of flowers at this time of year. The unfortunate thing is that the lines in the Garden department are very long and at the time we went only one cashier was open. Home Depot advertises they will recycle flower pots. I brought mine in and asked several associates who had no clue that they do this. I also asked a customer service rep, who told me she didn't believe that Home Depot did that and would gladly throw away my pots. That wasn't the point of bringing them to Home Depot. I am hoping in the future that Home Depot will help this planet and recycle those plastic pots.

Great diversity in this store. There are men, women, older associates and younger employees. Overall a friendly environment. I am not super handy but I try yo do small projects in my house. When I decide I am going to tackle a small project, I always choose this store first because the employees are so helpful and give direction if I have a question. Keep up the good work!

You have something special at Home Depot in Egg Harbor, and that is a great customer service team. Don’t waste your time at the competition. Get what you want quickly and fast and friendly service to go with it. Spread the word!

I cant say enough about the help I recieved at the Egg Harbor Township Home Depot!! Eugene in the Pro Shop was extremely patient and helpful in determining the correct amount of materials I would need for my project, on New Years Eve none the less!!! Thanks Eugene for taking the time out to help me, you went over and above to provide a great customer experience!

Went to store to get Gimbal ceiling light Website said they had many, took long time to get associates hep to help when got to store and they only had one in open box Asked associate to check if everything was in box, he said yes When contractor came to install he said it was missing parts

The person who works at service desk was rude, others there were either talking to each other or on there cell phones.Also I think it’s a disgrace that Home Depot does not honor our vets with the discount like Lowe’s does on everything. Went to Lowe’s and was treated very nice. And they do honor a discount on everything even sale items for the Vets!

Personnel were very hlpful.

I like this store because I can almost always find what I need and usually someone to steer me in the right direction when I need that too!

home depot is the place for me to shop. it is less than 2 miles from my home. The hours are perfect and the location is good. The employees are always friendly and available throughout the store. The self service pay out is always good.

The store was convenient to Ocean City, N>J> Old lady's like me like knowledgeable salespeople helping them about the pro's and con's of multiple products to help them make the correct product. The isles were not over packed, and clean. Easy to read prices.

This store is always very accommodating - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly employees. Always clean! Shelves always well stocked!

Service is slow to none

The associates at the Egg Harbor store went above and beyond what was expected. It was a pleasure shopping there.

The store is usually stocked well and organized. If you have a need for customer service or returns, Catherine is fabulous. Friendly, attentive and very accommodating to your needs. She was a pleasure to deal with today when I had to return damaged products.

Today I purchased a Ryobi battery powered chain pole saw. I have other Ryobi products and they work great and I can use the same battery on all of them.

I entered the store to pick up an online order. My entire order was unavailable do to an online inventory issue. I asked to speak to the manager, as I had driven over an hour to pick up my order. The customer service folks did not make my feel uncomfortable in any way, and although I had to wait for the very busy manager to come help me, he was wonderful, took care of the problem, followed up via phone, and turned a bad situation into a very satisfied customer. Chris and his in store staff rock! My pavers look AMAZING!

Home Depot is Home Depot, and other competitors have their own way of operations.

You can call this store all day, every day, and they never answer the phone. As a result, you have to stop working and drive there, often times with a big truck or trailer, in order to check inventory. It often ends with three hours wasted and no materials. If you request a manager in person, customer service will just leave you standing there indefinitely, and the manager will never come. If you're lucky enough to have the phone be answered, they either can't answer questions about products, inventory, and services, or they simply transfer you into oblivion. There's no means whatsoever to report poor service to Home Depot Corporate... And yet when you look at their site, they profess to be completely civic minded and community oriented. This store does not fit the portrayed model, in any way.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience at Home Depot because of their very helpful staff in the wood and paint departments. Because I am a woman, the worker helped me figure out the various sizes of planks I needed and he cut them for me which was a huge relief. The employees were all so friendly and willing to help. It was a great experience!!!
