Great service stocked up with items well organized

The older employees are really knowledgeable about the equipments. They also have workers that speak Cantonese which is super helpful for my dad.

the overall review of this store is a definite A++. Angelica and Tim really contribute to what this store stands for! Sophisticated help and decency with customers!

Amazing helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean store, good inventory. I always see store employees every isle or every other isle and check out process is easy. Store does follow safe distancing covid-19 regulations. Isles and inventory are well labeled and items are easy to find.

When I got there, I could see that long Covid-19 line so that I worried, but sure enough the spaces were laid out right on the ground and the security guards made sure people observed those rules and guides. Howbeit, before long, I was in and out with all of my needs and on my way to work. Thanks to the Home Depot staff for keeping it so simple and making me feel safe and welcomed!

Great customer service, products are stocked and the store is neat.

The measures taken by this store assured me that management here is serious about protecting the safety of customers as well of their employees. Employees made sure customers entering the store were wearing face masks and making sure distancing requirements were maintained. The handles on the carts were disinfected after each use and there is a plexiglass shield to protect the customers and employees at each cash register.The employees are super helpful and friendly, the store is clean and the aisles are clear.

15 years of shopping here and one employee can ruin it because of their harsh and ugly behavior, and they find an excuse for it. I don't care how busy you are there is no room for unkindness to a person who is on a broken foot and didn't mistreat the greeter in any format. Her skills are lacking and her attitude is dictatorial. It's commonsense if a person has a legitimate disability, you don't send them to the back of a long line. Also, i'm a senior. Poor judgement on her part and unkind.

Please note the majority of my review is positive, with the exception of the girl on the register who was angry I called to speak with a manager, (several times in the week) This is my first horrible review and experience. The assistant manager is aware of who she is and believe me, it had a terrible affect on me. However, Tim, Tania, Derrick, Marlene are the ones who keep me coming back.

All the assistants are very nice and patient. You can almost find everything need during construction work in this homedepot.

I've shopped at the HD stores in Alhambra, Baldwin Park, Monterrey Park, and San Bernardino, and this store is by far the best HD store to shop. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I never have problem finding a HD employee to help load my car. One specific employee is Manny (manager or supervisor. When I mentioned that the store was out of a part I needed he checked inventory and had another employee use a ladder to bring down a box with the part I needed. Many is an asset to HD. He is customer-focused. Another plus are the handicapped parking area. They are always clear of shopping carts.

The associates were all very helpful and made sure that they kept their distance with this whole virus scare going on...they wore their gloves and masks and cleaned each basket upon entry of the store, the parking lot and store were both very clean!!! I found most of the items I was looking for and some great clearance items!!!!Thanks the extra efforts are appreciated!!

As we bought a fixer upper my son and I have been shopping Home Depot for 40 years. My wife and I bought many appliances through the years. Most on the advice of your employees. It's always pleasant shopping Home Depot

Customer Service is at its highest at this location. Management and the employees bring together the skill of their delivery for the backbone of what they stand for, "great customer service!" At times it seems to just flow. They are good at what they do and their attitudes, despite sometimes angry customers,is admirable

Customer service side people very helpful and courteous. But need more help, especially between 4-6pm. Rush Hour Baby!!! Some HD reps need to smile more and ask if you need help! The ones that walk around. But over all 9 out of 10 for me. Due to not having enough materials in stock. I get it you sell out fast. Been coming here for 15 years.

zayra, haide and sebastion and marko, a just a few of the people who make this place hum. management also should take a bow for having the good sense to hire this group of young people. Thank you to each of them (management - Fernando M) for all the help I have received from these young people. As a teacher I am excited to see young people succeed and to contribute to their store and the community that comes to shop and i have no doubt that what they contribute brings back customers, over and over again.

I had problems using the self service checkout kiosk. Sales associate Ruben assisted me in a manner that was above and beyond my expectation. He acted in a professional and courteous manner. It is easy to see why he is revered so much by his fellow employees. Thank you Ruben.

Great store people! Need help it's there. Need knowledge with a project it's there. All in all if your working on your home or building someone else's it's the place to go.
