The employees at this store are great and provide GREAT customer service. They deserve your business!!! It is obvious that the managers of this store take their job seriously.

If you’re in the area of El Toro Rd. off the 5 Freeway in Mission Viejo stop at the Home Depot store just north of the freeway because you can get in and out easily and the store provides excellent service including its rental equipment department.

Thomas P. in plumbing was most amicable and accommodating! I will only ask for him henceforth. I have been shopping here for about 30 years; he is arguably my favorite employee.

Clean store with sufficient supply of items.

Kyle helped me find the products I needed, sink, faucets, range hood and explained the merits of each. LUIS at check out also facilitated the purchase and was very helpful. 2 great employees.

This Home depot store is spacious and well stocked. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. Only ding is it does no have a tool rental department like the one in the El Monte store.

Good store however Associates in the Appliance Department are extremely rude and condescending.

Today, I needed plants and gardening items...It was a most pleasant experience as Lisa, helped me at check out. She really seemed to really care, was efficient and knowledgeable about flowers and plants and had a pleasant personality... she just made me feel welcomed She also treated the other customers well too!

Tell them Danya’ sent you...lol They possessed a willingness to help regardless of their power or authority to give me what I wanted. They all worked together to ensure my experience was memorable-for that I am grateful.

People here are really friendly and helpful! Sometimes I feel like I am inconveniencing workers when I ask for help but I didn't even have to ask here because they will constantly ask you themselves. Thanks!

The store was clean. You had to look for someone to receive help which is very normal in such stores. you seldom find exact size of items you are looking for.

This is my go-to store, but I'm rethinking that decision since I'm 'just' a small older female looking for low ticket items...yesterday I was speaking with a worker, asking where to find an item, when another customer (tall male, young and entitled) cut in asking for something he wanted...the worker literally turned and walked away with the male customer to help him, leaving me standing. I decided to speak with a manager, but not tell her who the worker was so as to not get him in trouble. That took forever...she did not answer the page (and it turned out she was right there in the back, 40 feet away!). I've heard Home Depot cares more about helping those that spend more, of course...what was I thinking??

The staff goes above and beyond and they are knowledgeable about their products and services. I’m not treated as just a customer, I’m treated as family. Keep on caring! Thank you.

Jesse went above and beyond to help me out with my online order, curbside pickup and alternative product when the store was out of an item that the website stated was in stock. When I called to inquire about a final refund, the lady wished me a happy Fourth of July because I told her that I was able to complete my order online, which I then received my original product earlier than expected. Well done!

Checkout clerk-Dixie- was SUPER helpful and suggested a great way to maximize my HD Gift card and take advantage of a discount by applying for a new HD CC.

I went to the Lake Forest Home Depot store at least 5 times in the last 10 days and each time I was blessed by the employees. Riley got me a tool set, Lisa set me up with a new credit card, and Bill walked me through the store to make sure that I got the correct barbecue and the correct propane tank. If you go to this store, expect to me taken care of with exceptional care and concern.

The best Home Depot on El Toro! Everyone is friendly.

This store used to be about customer service, but that has long changed. I will never shop at store 1840 off El Toro & Rockfield again! I will gladly driver further out of my way to avoid this store!

Customer service is so awful. employees could care less you need help and act like you are an idiot for not knowing how to find your way around the store. Do not shop there. I have complained to the manager before about the customer service, yet nothing was done. Employees are still snappy, rude, and annoyed as ever. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other location even if it is inconvenient.

I already completed a survey on Home Depot.com but wanted to compliment this store for the large inventory that they have as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like to thank Monique (cashier) for helping me today. She went beyond her line of duty by not only providing the boxes of tiles that I needed; but also looked for additional items that I was looking for. Monique even solved a problem that was created by another Home Depot store. Thank you Monique for helping customers like me.
