Jenna was our salesperson. She knows more about washers and dryers than anyone I know. She answered all our questions and gave valuable advice to us. Jenna did an excellent job. Jenna should be promoted for the excellent service she gives to Home Depot customers

I like the availability of a large range of products, but as an elderly disabled person, I most value respect for my limitations and for a store to go out of their way to accommodate my special needs, like electric shopping cart scooters, and a bench near the door in order to sit down and wait for a scooter to become available if they're all in use. Home Depot has no place for the disabled and elderly to sit and wait for a scooter, and that makes it a less-than-satisfactory shopping experience....one I put off until I absolutely have no choice, rather than a shopping experience I look forward to and enjoy. :)

Simply the best service in town!

On April 23 2019 I purchased a washing machine, these employees were very courteous and helpful, David with Met, Jenna in Appliances, Sherry and Dave up front.

Everything we need is there. Easy returns of needed

The Paint Dept. on April 2, 2019 did an outstanding job helping us to select the right paint for the job & tinting the paint. The young woman who helped us is on her way to the United States Army... Home Depot should clone her before she leaves for the Army & post her clones in every Home Depot around North America & the world. Job well done!!! Semper Fi!!!

At this store you never have to search for assistance they usually ask before you get a chance to. And they are always happy to help.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Items are easy to find using website showing exact row , bin number and quantity in stock. Doesn't get any better than this when shopping for hard to find home improvement items.

Employees are very nice and friendly

the store was clean the help was not around to answer question when I asked the a clerk she tried to call some one but never got a response. this area could be improved. because some times we do not have a lot of time to wait. nobody said hi /or welcome seemed to be in there own world not yours. need to supply more drill bits 11/32 bit was needed to install a cement anchor yet I found non on the wall and nobody to ask.

Store is always clean. It is nice to be able to go into a store knowing their bathroom is maintained in an exceptional way. In general store associates are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they are not as knowledgeable in the area that I am shopping, but they will always try to answer my questions.

The employees always have a great attitude and are always friendly. This store has plenty of folks around to help - makes a big difference if you have a technical question or asking if a certain product is available. This morning, I was carting out a portable table saw and an employee ran across the parking lot to help me load it on the back of my pickup. Great customer service.

We went in to look for a dryer and microwave. A very nice gentleman greeted us and showed us the products at once. Then turned us over to another amazing representative to write us up on our purchase. She and he worked with us so we knew all about the products and the delivery options and everything! They were both amazing esp this girl, Allison. Also the Military Discount is so nice makes military feel apprecaited!

Clean and some of the friendliest people working there. Always have a great experience.
