I typically don't write reviews or enjoy shopping at big box stores but the employees at this store are so friendly and helpful. Much different than my old Home Depot. We have recently moved to the area and I am impressed by this store

We shop at the Elk River store often and always get friendly and knowledgeable help.

I just want to say that Richard Kromah and Josh Herrick went above and beyond for me! The customer service I received the night of 5/31/23 was outstanding!! Hats off to them both for giving me the best experience! Anyone wanting to home improvement in the area of flooring go to Elk River Home Depot—- be sure to ask for either of the two gentlemen mentioned in this review Richard Kromah and Josh Herrick Thank you!!!👍😀

Everyone I encountered at this Home Depot Store was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to open up locked tools so I can review them and make my selections without rushing. We had to open different cased of Milwaukee tools to compare tool types and model. The employee was very patient while I made my selections.

We’re excited to pick out our flooring then from there everything went down hill. Paid in full after receiving an estimate $1100 over what we were led to believe it would be. Here we sit 2 weeks later and when we try to call the transfer call system hangs up on you. They are aware but don’t care

We have recently purchased all our kitchen appliances ( LG BRAND) at this store. Sales staff knew the products, and honest on the wait for delivery times. The team doing the delivery were outstanding. Explained operation, answered questions, and very fast.

I purchased a new Toro Lawn mower and the entire process went very well, including the checkout with Jennifer who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was also given assistance with loading into my vehicle by another store associate who was helpful and friendly. Overall...a happy experience!

I have always come to this location of Home Depot and it has always been very well staffed and very neat and clean. With that being said lately I have had a very huge issue. I have seen many employees wearing patches that state “I speak english” this is so incredibly wrong because this is the U.S obviously you speak english but not even that it makes others who don’t feel as though they cant get help from certain employees. Employees can’t discriminate customers the same way employees can discriminate other employees. It’s a business and the store manager needs to show them that’s wrong!

I was looking for a key safe for our home, since I am limited as to what I can do at the moment due to surgery. The young gentleman at the service counter was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting me to locate this item.

I went in to purchase a ton of plumbing supplies and Mark was awesome and patient with me as I was collecting all the various supplies I needed and his opinion and feedback were extremely helpful!

MISS DOREEN V & MR RICK ARE MY HEROES! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST STORE. However, I have been urging ALL stores to sponsor charitable plant donations for local small businesses, daycares/nursing facilities and non profits that more than likely are struggling economically. I cringe and cry at all of the literally wasted opportunities for community service and engagement as well as promoting healthy cohabitating with plants and the education therein.Putting extravagant prices onto our planets naturally wondrous gifts, thus denying the masses aforementioned enlightenment; trash.

Employees took time to cheerfully point me to obscure items all over the store. Two people helped me with my enormous heavy pavers cart. Pleased with the selection of pavers, as I'm trying to match existing landscaping seamlessly. Home Depot had a good selection at competitive prices. Also a nice array of flooring trims for my Pergo project. I got everything I needed in one trip, plus couldn't resist a 6-pack of gorgeous flowers at great prices. Love their garden center in the spring.

The people are so friendly and helpful.

I always enjoy shopping this Home Depot (Elk River, Mn). Everyone is helpful and friendly. I have shopped there the last 16 years, and know a lot of the employees by name.

I am in the Home Depot Elk River store probably 3-4 times per month. The folks working there are always eager to help me find whatever I'm looking for. Everyone that I meet is easy to converse with. Was there yesterday to pick up items and was helped by 2 different people. Would like to mention that Cashier Jennifer was a delight to deal with. Very helpful and cheerful. Thank you to her.
