Great job Designing my cabinet

The cashier (garden center) was rude and refused to help with my request to apply veterans discount

I purchased a patio set, rug and extra cushions. Ross and Val made the process so easy and wrapped the extra cushions as it was raining.

Customer service is at the top of my list when I got into a store. I always receive good service at the Ellsworth Home Depot. It keeps me coming back.

I was looking to purchase 6 to 10 window blinds that need to be cut to size, I was told there was no one there that can do it.

Sven helped me sort through the hardware bins looking for a specific metric machine bolt. It would have been very painful without out his help. Kim on the register was also great.

While the products at Home Depot at only as good as what is supplied to them. The difference for this store is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. The carpet folks, blinds, Pro-desk and paint dept. are always happy to help.

I used the online website to order with a delivery and when the website said there was no delivery across town, all I had to do was call the store and they accepted my order over the phone and then flagged the order number for delivery upon arrival to the store. Also the man who answered the phone wasn’t familiar with the product that I had requested so he asked another professional from the department to verify the amount and the exact product that was needed before confirming the order. Then the other night I was doing personal shopping and even though Home Depot did not have the specific item I was looking for, the employee who asked if he could help me, went out of his way to take me to similar items that could possibly work for my craft project. Very helpful.

I been Home Depot Pro since 2013, we built second home in Elsworth ME lake house and all the staff was very friendly,very helpful and even they ask you and help you what you need. Not to mentioned manager John, Charlie, Jellie and the customer service people is also very nice. Thank you for your great customer service.

We were not sure if we would be ready to buy a stove and Peg helped us make that decision very easy.

All your associates we’ve encountered are very nice. We would like to recognize Kim. She is the friendliest and most helpful cashier and understands very well how to perform her job and does it with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. She also thanked my husband for his service before and after our transaction. We would rather wait in her line even if there are shorter lines. We appreciate her and hope you do as well.

I went camping Downeast and forgot a mallet to bang my stakes into the ground. I popped into Home Depot hoping to find a cheap mallet. They were all too expensive! But, I found Andrew, who suggested I buy a hammer and put my rubber flip-flop between the hammer and the stake. I appreciated his creativity and he saved me a trip into the big box store across the street where I thought I'd look for a cheaper mallet. He also managed to talk me into the 8.95 hammer instead of the 7.95 version. That's impressive because I'm wicked thrifty!

I just wanted to het through the red tape of registration and was pleased at how helpful Dave was.

The Ellsworth Home Depot Store is always helpful whenever I make a purchase. The customer service and management is very responsive and knowledgeable.

There are never enough employees on the floor to help customers. When you find an employee sometimes they can help and sometimes they have to find someone. Whem you are able to find an employee, they really know their stuff and are a big help.
