Every time that we go to Home Depot, we receive help from associates. However, on April 18th, there were two associates (Jim and Bob) that helped us. Both of them had great knowledge of plants, where and when would be the best time to plant them or transplant them from the pots into the ground. Jim loaded the plants on to my cart. When I rented a truck from Home Depot, Jim loaded the plants into the truck for me and went to find wood for shoring up the plants for safe transit to my home. Jim ensured that the plants were secured safely and he guided me when I backed up the truck. Jim went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of.

A good selection of products, backed with top notch service, knowledge, and curtesy is always common here.

Great experience at this Home Depot store last Saturday. Employees were so helpful and engaging from Jake who helped me with a bulky box a heavy shelving unit, to Juan a true gentleman at check out and Alberto who helped me load everything into my car ! Best service I've ever had at this store. Congratulations Encinitas Home Depot! Telling all my friends about you!

Aisle so close together or cluttered that you can not get a cart through. Two people can not pass each other. Not to ADA standards. Parking spaces being used to store merchandise instead of being used by customers.Not enough help. No flats available to use, all being used throughout store to hold merchandise.

The best group of employees at any visited The Home Depot. The Service Desk crew are amazing (Zaira, Cassie, Maria, Mark, Jaqueline, and Michael). Maria in the Paint department is always pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Just look for a cashier named, Juan. You'll be glad he checked you out. He is the one with a necktie.

This Home Depot has the best plant selection than any other. Love the local touch and plant quality.

We resorted to having new Kitchen Countertops/sink/cooktop installed by Home Depot when our other Contractor's quote was too high. we cannot rave enough about, what we thought, was a default choice! from the very first visit to the Store to having someone come to tell us our options; to having the workmen demo and install the counter; to asking if these Guys could "save" as much of an irreplaceable 4-feet of "border tile---which they succeeded in carefully salvaging, about which we were delightedly surprised - we have raved about hiring Home Depot Installers to everyone who's contemplating renovations! We've had so much great work done by Home Depot! -- INCLUDING their recommendation for a company to install our patio firePLACE (NOT fire pit!). Kudos all around!

I love this Home Depot store; especially the garden center. It is well stocked with a good variety and the staff are knowledgeable about plants.

This store routinely has a lot of water on pathways in garden area and thick hoses running through area with employees watering during busy times. Aisles are narrow because of too much stock allowing one cart at a time in aisle. A friend fell there due to this, was injured and got an attorney, yet this continues. Garden parking lot full of deliveries leaving minimum parking. No longer shop there.

I love coming to the Encinitas location for all my home repair needs. My wife and I moved to Carlsbad in December from Washington DC, and have shopped here about 10 times since. Every shopping experience at this location has been a positive one. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have received excellent assistance from the Gardening department, Windows/Blinds department, Floor/Tile department, Backsplash Department, Lumber department, Hardware Department and Tools. We have done numerous renovations to our new home and this store has supplied all our needs. We especially appreciate the 10% Military discount as my wife and I are both Active Duty Navy!

This is the BEST Home Depot around. They have 2 super employees, Juan the older gentleman and a woman named Casey who runs circles around everyone else in customer service.

This Home Depot store has the most knowledgeable staff of any in the North County area. They are always available to help, and, although some are grumpy old men, they always know what they are talking about and they are always VERY helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Store is always stocked and very clean. cashiers are always friendly and helpful when needed.

It is always a good experience to shop at the Home Depot in Encinitas. I like the fact that it is close to my house, the experienced staff are usually close by in the aisles of the different departments to help find what I need. Checking out is efficient and easy. It is also very helpful that Home Depot has a way to dispose of old batteries and fluorescent light bulbs.

The staff at the Encinitas Home Depot are super helpful and very friendly. I was in and out in a flash tonight! The store was clean, organized and Josh ASM was beyond generous that will be paid forward. Thank you for an excellent visit.

Sales Associate Victor Vargas at the “Returns” counter was so wonderful to work with! He was positive, happy, and thorough through out our whole Home Depot experience. We would absolutely return to HD in Encinitas because of Victor. It is nice to work with nice people and Victor was great! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this store with Rudy, an employee that went above and beyond to help me solve my garage door opener problem. He helped me get the opener fixed up in about 3 minutes, something that may have taken me an hour. I'm truly grateful that there are knowledgable and helpful employees like Rudy that are willing to help with even the smallest issues!

The Encinitas Home Depot is a great store - the employees are friendly and the store has what we need. It is also super convenient and quick.
