I am in the midst of a kitchen remodel. I could not do it without the help of Will Wells, in the Design Center. Will has been an incredible resource and guided me thru the process and purchases. If you need cabinets or countertops or other remodel answers see Will. You will not be disappointed.

It is always a pleasure shopping at your store during the off season here in Florida. This trip was more pleasant than most for the last year and a half due to the restrictions being lifted concerning mask wearing. I hope that we all learned a lesson from this situation. It is good to be shopping like a regular human again.I have to say that your employees did an outstanding job of being cool and calm during this government mandate. Hats off to all of them!

Nice employee and a clean well kept store. Most employee are very eager to assist you with all your needs. One employee goes out of her way to help you any way she can. I have shopped at a few different locations but I can definitely say this particular location is always professional, extremely friendly, and helpful!

I like the idea of employees having some experience in home improvement. I've received great ideas from them. I also like the fact that the store has plenty of each item so that I can get quantities if needed.

we are updating baths and kitchen. also painted outside and inside of house. big project for sure. we use the englewood store and are so thankful for all the help we received from the associates . the people in paint and tile and customer service were always friendly and willing to help. thank you

Can't believe how rude the lady in the pluming section was to me. All I did was ask for help. SORRY, I didn't mean to interrupt you while you were not busy doing your job of helping customers! I did end up leaving her alone like she wanted. Did NOT find the products I was looking for Was NOT able to get assistance. The associate was NOT friendly or helpful!!!!!!!! Unfortunately this store is a necessary evil. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since 1989 on the east and west coast of Florida. This Home depot Store is the best I have visited. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and usually available to customers. The store is always clean and the isles free of clutter.

All of the employees and most of the customers wear masks. Because of that, I have been making the longer trip to this store than stopping in at my local hardware stores where mask wearing is purely optional.

DON’T SHOP ON WEEKENDS! UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHERE AN ITEM IS. REDUCED PERSONNEL WHO APPEAR UNHAPPY TO WORK THERE. No one smiles, greets you or thanks you for shopping there.

I was rushing to finish a home project and went to buy drawer pulls for kitchen cabinets. The store was crowded, but an employee directed me right to the section needed and the selection and quantity of merchandise was plentiful. I quickly found just the one I had in mind, counted out the number needed and went to the cashier's counter, paid for the items (military discount included) and left the store. This is my kind of shopping trip! Thank you Home Depot!

Very close to were I live and the workers are very helpful and friendly, they have everything you need and assorted prices for your budget!

I so like my Home Depot store for several reasons. There are greeters at the door. Help was right there to assist me. She, Diane was very knowledgeable to show me the perfect items of paint I needed. I asked her for advice and she informed me of what I needed to know. She mixed my paint immediately and I was all done. Then to checkout, Linda was very eager to assist me in anyway way I needed. Just like Diane, she was friendly and so helpful. My store is very convenient to my location. It has everything I might need or want. I only regret I didn't have more money to spend there. I'll go back very soon. Thank you

the store has what you need but the service is extremely poor and the prices are higher especially now during Snowbird time as they jack up prices

Just think management needs to do a better job of making sure that the shelves are properly stocked, for three weeks I went into home depot needing some concrete patch, and for three weeks the shelf was empty, while I look in the overhead and a whole case was up there, only reason I went back three times Is I didnt have time to wait on someone to come and get it down. Just poor managment

This store has friendly staff that will help you find your items and make recommendations when needed. I only shop here because they always are well stocked and they stand behind their merchandise. The store is neat, clean and well organized which helps when you are looking for a specific home repair item. Home Depot offers brand names as well as their own line of products which gives you a greater selection to choose from. All my neighbors shop at this Home depot store for these same reasons, in fact, when I moved here from California, the neighbors all said Home Depot is the best place to shop for your hardware and lawn care needs. Now I tell new neighbors the same thing.

We are Placida snowbirds fixing our place up. You can frequently find us at the Englewood Home Depot. We have always found this store to be well organized, cost effective, with friendly, knowledgeable employees.
