Good way to do business by extending the sale price on a product that was recently on sale! Scott's Red Mulch 1.5 cui bags!

I’m new to owning a house and ken helped me identify a pipe was for that had no cap. He knew right away that it was for my irrigation system, and was willing to help me find what I needed right after I had purchased some other items. He’s awesome!

I really wanted an item that I couldn’t find in the store. Santos looked it up and found it was on a pallet that required a fork lift to get down. He got it down and made sure I had it on a cart. Ray asked me a couple times if I needed anything. The store was crowded and chaotic which made the help even more appreciated.

I spent ample time picking out a pot that I wanted for the interior of my home. The product scanned at 1 cent, and instead of just paying that (I was at the self checkout) I asked the cashier to adjust it up to the right price. A manager came over and took the product away and said that I could not buy it because it wasn't scanning correctly. I offered to bring her over the shelf and show her the tag so she could adjust the price and she just rudely said "we cannot sell you this product"! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If these guys don't want my money, no problem. I will spend it somewhere else from now on!

I love the return policy on products and employees staff or extremely helpful.

Have spent the past three years renovating an older home in my spare time. Always purchase Behr interior paint. Consistent quality, huge range of colors. Even the less expensive Behr paint is excellent. Presently painting faux wood paneling - yes, have to use a primer underneath and the "one coat" coverage is actually two coats, but the finished walls are quite beautiful. Highly recommend this paint.

Personnel is very helpful in this shop.

Kyle Johnson walked me through where everything I inquired about was. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed, including parts that I hadn't thought of needing. He held my hand throughout the process and made sure I had everything I wanted to meet my goals. His demeanor was kind, voice was welcoming, and his body language showed me he was genuinely invested and intrigued to hear my goals and the materials and tools I thought I needed to achieve them. An asset to humanity. Give Kyle a raise, do not let him leave the store for a better job elsewhere. Keep this guy. Legit, I will be back for more of his input.

I visit several home depots but always have the best experience at this store

I came to buy some thing from the store and as I was walking in the store the Employee was standing out side taking break I asked her Question she was very help full and walk with me in the store and showed me exactly where the Product was I was very happy and done shopping and went home her name is Noell the Product she help me find was for my washing Machine Tub Cleaner Pleas let her know I really appreciate her help

I came for a plumbing solution and left with a few parts & sense of value with a plan for completion. Thank you Home Depot!

It took more than 5 months to receive my credit after so many calls etc. etc. In spite of this I would say it is a good place to shop.

I do not agree with it but it is a great labor saving tool for retailers

Today I have some unique and uncommon projects, Tim B from Plumbing was so knowledgeable of his department that saved me lots of time and headaches that I wanted to give a good review to this store!

Was able to dash in, find what I needed, and zip back out on the way to an appointment. Store personnel were available to help direct me, which in the interest of time, I truly appreciated.

I highly recommend 11915 HWY 99, Everett, WA, and especially Kimberly! She definitely help us find everything that we need! Thank you so much!

I had to return some items to the store and Kathy was very helpful. Although I purchased them from another store, she spent the time necessary to figure out the issue and gave me credit - - very nice!

Absolute delight shopping at this store. As a contractor, I always call in advance, tell my rep what I need and materials are good to go when I arrive at the store. Sales people at Pro-Desk are spectacular, especially Shelley who is very responsive and even when busiest she finds the time to call you back within minutes. Well organized team starting with upper management that did a great job putting right people in the right places.

while my initial attempt to contact someone at this location caused me to be disconnected 5 times it was a totally different experience the next day when I spoke with Jaaron Lauterbach. She checked to see that my desired purchase was in fact available (which wasn't so in two other HD locations). We talked about my friends picking up the purchase and took down all of the pertinent info and my friends were able to pick up the planter without a hitch. Jaaron simply aced the whole thing from start to finish. She's a jewel!!

I came in for a last minute purchase. Found what I needed...Even though the return line was long the customer service ladies made it really quick while also apologizing for the wait. I will often choose the returns desk when I shop at Everett I feel a very valued customer.

My wife and I saw Charlie A, he was great. He clearly explain everything about the product we want to buy.

The Everett Home Depot is well organized and the workers are always friendly and helpful. If I any questions, the workers answer my questions and lead me to the area .

It's a good store. It's a little far from my house but I still make the pilgrimage to go there so they must be doing something right!

This Home Depot is close by and the employees are top notch. Very helpful and courteous.
