Lots of friendly staff who gives good advice.

Love the 50 gallon propane water heater with the 12 year warranty. Love that you have Delta Plumbing that fixed me up in a couple of days. one half the total price than an outside source. The plumber was very sweet and diligent to my special need.

Employee Bill helped me with my recent order. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me all the stuff that were available in store and online. Offered alternatives and suggestions that will make the project nicer and at reasonable price. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for him.

They handled by returns and replacent extreme well.

Home depot in Fairfield now has armed guards with tasers and are instructed to apprehend anyone walking out of the store with unpaid merchandise this is a great advancement they have lost millions and millions of dollars throughout the United States due to thieves that walk in and think they can walk out without being apprehended it's about time that they got armed guards now that have authority to citizens arrest thieves Best of luck to home depot and recouping some of the merchandise and therefore lowering prices to us honest money paying contractors that have suffered with high prices

Home depot has always been my store of choice employees always friendly, they seams to be well staffed.

Luis explained to me the different Kalvin in lightbulbs. So, I bought all new lightbulbs for my house so they would all be the same color.

Had to get some wood plank and boards for a party. We got the service we needed and more! Our Sale Cashier, Mateo was able to help us get our items out efficiently and smoothly, and provided great knowledge and customer service! Would recommend this store forsure, other associates were great and they even had good security!

Excellent Customer Service at the cashier register!

Went in to get a service installation on my new kitchen sink. They gave me a price and said an affiliate will give me a call the next day. No call came, its been 3 days, and my current kitchen sink is leaking. I called them was put on hold for 30min just to get a number from the affiliate, they should of written that down on my receipt. Called the affiliate and they said they had no information but my order number from Home Depot. They didnt even have my number to call, let alone knew what I had purchased. So I dont know whats going on now, the affiliate said they were going to call this Home Depot to try to straighten things out, which I hope soon because I still have a leaking sink and $550 out.

I was going out with my daughter to buy sliders to move a bed. Bonnie helped redirect me quickly!

Angelina from electrical is the best associate ever and deserves to be promoted. She has excellent customer service and helpful to find product. She’s really professional too.

Generally it's a hit or miss at this store especially if they don't know you but today I got excellent service and I do appreciate it

Despite everything post-COVID, the employees deal with so much to keep the customers happy and help as much as possible.

Always buy anything pertaining to gardening here & bird materials/ seeds, suets in this store. My garden is envied by neighbors & I thank Home Depot.

Bought a generator and is so pleased with it. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and sold us. Glad we had the help and all our questions answered. We will continue to go back to this Home Depot location.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a small furniture dolly as the website said there were 95 in stock. I couldn't locate any on the floor and nobody seemed to know so I went to the pro desk and talked to Katherine. Katherine worked quickly to locate the dolly which was up on the top shelf still crated up. Katherine coordinated getting the dolly down so I could purchase it. I was ready to give up before I went to the Pro desk. Katherine really knows her stuff and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you!

a shopping mall for my household, love the gardending especially!

Had keys made with no luck after re-cutting them twice they would not fit the lock. The employee mentioned to me that it was an old machine and the key-cutting machine next to it was out-of-order.

In-Store Design Consultant Christina did an awesome job helping us select and purchase vanity cabinets and countertops, and saving us $$$ by guiding us to the correct high quality and value product. She took considerable time to build and price numerous options to work in our scope and budget - great job!

I was looking to buy some mulch, selected the product and asked for help loading. The employee who helped me advised me the bag of mulch I wanted had a severe ant infestation. If he had not told pointed this out it would have been a big problem. I am grateful he took the time to advise me.

I purchase items for construction and building on homes, remodeling, even electrical and plumbing.

I’ve been shopping this store since the day it opened in the last 2-3 years I have noticed the associates at the store have become more rude and less helpful than ever before. Either somethings wrong with management or the people just don’t like working there but whatever the issues you’re going to lose customers because of it. I have had a handful of cashiers that have been polite but it hasn’t gone beyond that in a long while.
