Farmingdale is my go to store for any big purchase, especially appliances. Bought cabinets there 10 years ago and the kitchen planner was great.. I live near Copiague Store and will only use for smaller items. Farmingdale is newer cleaner and bigger I believe.

If you need help finding an item or getting it into your car/van, Brandon is your go to guy.

Denis from the appliance section and Denise the cashier at gardening center, both provided exceptional customer service to me. They deserve KUDOS. I will definitely return to the store knowing that, there is great people like they here in the Farmingdale location.

I wish I caught his name, but the manager who assisted us around 7pm on Friday, 3/4 was incredibly kind and helpful. I am pregnant and he went out of his way to help my wife and I with cutting our moulding. He didn’t have to help us at all, but he went above and beyond and was so kind the entire time. In addition, the folks who checked us out and the man who helped us load the items into our car were so friendly and had wonderful customer service! Great experience for us!! A++++++!!!!

Nikki and Michelle in customer service were so helpful and had such a fun, energetic personality!

Greg in electrical is a very knowledgeable young man . Ask for him and receive the attention you need in electrical.

The return lady went above an beyond my expectations on what i was returning she was wonderful she needs a raise asap

Could not find anyone to help us

BOB, Sales Associate went out of his way to find item I needed. He got on his hands and knees to go to lowest bin Item wasn't there so he went and got ladder from another aisle, climbed up ladder to overhead bin and retrieved item. Wow! I thought I had to go to another store. Thanks Bob!

From the time I walk in to do my return the cashier was super friendly and she gave me a compliment. These day that is very rare to find.

I've met with Apu at the Farmingdale store. His customer service was so great. I ended up buying. A refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove.

I was contemplating on purchasing something online or in store and I am glad it was in store. I was able to physically touch what I wanted to make it was sound quality.

The store was clean and the cashier's were very friendly.

The employees on the floor are generally helpful an want to help. The cashiers on the return line, are not easy to deal with. My request was not delt with, no eye contact. I was totally ignored.

Everyone in the store that I encountered was helpful and cheerful. They were all willing to help even a couple of minutes before closing.

I have been shopping at this location since inception and have always been satisfied with the service.

I have bad experience with lumber section of the store. Home Depot worker offered me help and left without finishing the help this is not only unprofessional also rude and mean. I was shopping with my family in the store and I didn’t ask for help he offered me and he left because I was looking for items in the middle of the row so if this employee isn’t lazy or mean? I am super upset my family next to me and this employee is showing disrespect to me and his job. Really disappointed with Home Depot Farmingdale.

I had to order 12 door knobs using about 15 gift cards I had saved for a few years. The man that helped me was very nice and the transaction went very smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Thank you
