The sales associate that unlock the cabinet for me to find this lock was unable to help me or enter a sku into the system to find a lock. Why lock these items up if customers are going to be invited inside the locked cabinet .... makes no sense to me but I'm just a customer I did bring this issue to the store manager's attention her name is Dawn

Very easy to search for the water heater I needed installed as well as hire a plumber to do the work! The plumber did an excellent job with the installation including putting in new cooper pipes replacing my old CPVC pipes. I highly recommend Home Depot to puchase and install a new water heater. I like the peace of mind and qualtiy of the work!

Needed help loading. Had a hard time with getting someone to help get loading. Loader Nolan was awesome tho!

We can’t thank Home Depot enough for the great service. We are always greeted when we enter. We almost always see a staff member when we are shopping who offers to help or at minimum, says hello and makes eye contact and makes themselves available. The store is always well stocked, always clean and again, you have the best staff members.

HP offered me a credit card at checkout and it didn't take long

Good Customer Service

I've been in a nightmare for 2 months attempting to order 3 sets of doors. I've experienced rude, lazy, not my jod altitudes. Promise return phone calls that never come.

My customer experience was good. I found what I needed and had no issues. The employee, Marilyn, assisted me well. Thumbs up!

This store is very seldom out of products I am looking for (and even not looking for as I go through the aisles). The employees are usually quite knowledgeable but if they're not they find someone who is.

H2773 store cancelled some of the items that I ordered 15 days ago during the time of pickup, and I had to place an online order without any discounts again. Tiffany worked with the Home Depot customer service team to reissue the discounts for my online order. Thanks to her service and dedication in supporting customers.

Quick, friendly and efficient!

My sink tube was stuck. I went there and explained it to an employee the sink problems. He walked me straight to right tools I should purchase and taught me how to install it. I went home and install it by myself. It worked very well.

Needed some gardening equipment, found what I needed at a fair price.

Although this store is a little out of my way, I will continue to shop there knowing these employees care -and go the extra mile

I was spoken to on the phone. Greeted by that person. Helped to find the perfect Easter Lilly to bring joy to a dear friend having to undergo surgery the day after Easter. She will not be able to attend church on Easter Sunday and receive her Easter Lilly. I wanted her to have that joy. Teri helped me make that possible. Thank you Terri

The Simonton windows are terrible quality. Ive just had several installed and they're complete garbage. Drafty is an understatement!!! My original windows were far better! Don't ever purchase these. Spend the extra money and go with quality from another vendor.
