Wife and I are in the process of remodeling. A gentleman- Steven R (supervisor of speciality products) helped us through the whole multi hr process- picking out the kitchen cabinets to countertops to helping me load our truck rental with the 5 carts we had in tow. He was patient, listened to our needs and offered excellent advice. I am a people manager in a customer facing industry and know what a good employee looks like. Steven is an EXCELLENT employee-why I am writing my first HD review. This HD is a bit further for me than my local HD but will return more often because of Steven.

A woman named Gloria helped me find, research, buy and get a firepit out to my car. The level of customer service she extended was extraordinary. She was smart, saved me time and made my experience easy and pleasant. Gloria's exempliary custome service is the best I have ever seen at Hope Depot and I have been going there for 15 years. She should be the employee of the year. i was totally impressed.

Whether I am purchasing something or needing guidance or advice, the staff is always attentive and gives value-added responses. Even if their stock or equipment is not ideal for my circumstance, they are honest and give additional advice.

I have had employees of Flemington Home Depot walk me to the far corner, show me what I needed and patiently explain to me how to install it!

New to home maintenance--the knowledgeability and willingness to explain sets this store apart.

Typically I am overwhelmed when I enter a large home store. The Flemington folks made my latest visits remarkably easy. The customer service rep addressed all my needs. The employee who sold me an LG range compared the choices I selected directly and with an obvious knowledge of these appliances. When I returned for lighting apparatus, the employee directed me immediately to the products I needed and explained how to install them. What struck me most was the undivided attention both the customer service people and the sales people gave to me. This expediated my visit and ensured that I purchased the correct products the first time around.

Christian in lighting section was extremely helpful and offered professional, efficient, and knowledgeable guidance that allowed me to complete a tough task with ease and be confident I was purchasing the correct supplies for the task. Excellent service

I can find almost everything by myself. I have a long history (50 years) of being a knowledgeable constructive person, however, I have asked for specific help when my skills do not match your technical support employees. I am not shy to ask, and I am great full for your people to help me. I should here all the time. Thank you. I should here all the time.

Shopping here is a pleasure. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had to stand around or look for someone to help me, as staff is available. I am not a handy person at all, and usually hate going to these types of stores, but this store is great.

I am in this store at least 3 times a week. It is a pleasure shopping here. This store can be an example to all stores about how customer service is done . I have been in many many Home Depot stores in NJ, and these folks are in a league of their own at Flemington!!!!!

This store is in competition with another store in Flemington. This store has a greater inventory of items than the other store. This store is older and the other store appears to have better lighting and a less cluttered look. But that is not a bad thing. The quality of materials and service are outstanding.

By far the best Home Depot I have ever experienced and I visit The Home Depot a lot! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who go out of their way to make your shopping experience the best it could be. I was impressed with this store and all other Home Depots could take a lesson from them.

Very nice selection of Nite Ize gear tie downs and such. Good folding knife selection too. Went with Gerber steel folding knife set of 2 items: Machete with sheath and a steel folding knife. Very helpful tool associate on staff, checkout is easy with friendly staff.

Clean store. The best employees around, they are always willing to help. I've been to this store literally hundreds of times and it has spoiled me so much that going to a similar store out of my area is a real eye opener to how rude people can be.

Overall the store is okay. It's a home improvement store, they have home improvement items, pretty easy to find what you need. Not much to say there. But one cashier keeps hitting override on the register for email/paper receipts because he's too impatient to finish the transaction even when no customers are waiting in line. I signed up for emailed receipts for a reason, they're easier to keep track of when doing a large home improvement projects. I wish they would properly train their cashiers to not hit the override button since the cashier hits the "paper only" button before I even have a chance to hit "both" on the card reader keypad. If I'm buying a $5 plant, I don't care, but when I'm undertaking a significant home improvement project and want to keep track of receipts, this can be very annoying to deal with.
