Great price on flowers!

Great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable about there products and willing to assist. We found everything we needed.

I went into the store on 19 April to purchase 2 doors that website said was in stock. Employee in Millwork checked and confirmed doors were in stock. I paid for doors and told employee my contractor would pick up doors no earlier than 25 April. On 30 April, we went into store to make sure doors were in stock, since contractor was to come on 1 May to hang doors. One of two doors had been resold to someone else. At no point during the transaction or thereafter did anyone tell me I needed to have doors picked up by a certain date. Even on 30 April, when we were in store to check on doors, no one told us we needed to pick up the one door that they did still have in stock. Today, 2 May, we were going to go pick up the remaining door and it, too, had been resold. Absolutely atrocious service. I asked specifically about needing to take doors at time of purchase and was assured by employee that once the doors were paid for, they were mine and would be there for contractor to pick up. Now, we've been told there is no way to know if/when doors will be restocked and my install has been delayed indefinitely.

I purchased a Graco X7 Airless Sprayer and was very pleased with the price and quality of this sprayer. I have already used it and operation was a breeze with the instruction placard that was provided. Clean up was also very easy with the garden hose adapter that came with the unit. Employee was super nice!

Here at the Home Depot store in Florence SC, I have always enjoyed the service I have received at this store. Great job folks and keep up the great work. You make the other home improvement store look sad

Does Home Depot really want their customers to do surveys because they keep getting longer and longer. I am a regular customer that does surveys usually but this 20 question survey is crazy when you don't get paid for it.

Several employees said "Hi" to me as I walked thru the store. One took me right to the parts I needed. Makes you feel right at home if you can't find anything.

The HD on Radio Drive in Florence is consistently pleasant to shop at because most of the staff, especially in Lawn/Garden, Building Materials, and Paint, are friendly and helpful. I can typically find what I need without having to visit the "blue" guys. The best feature is their ease of checkout due to the many self-checkout lanes which, unlike the blue guys, are always working.

My shopping experience was made special by Chris Westbrook. I saw a RIDGID tool combo online that wasn't on the lower shelves, and when I asked Chris about it, he responded quickly to locate and retrieve my desired tool. Chris made sure I got what I was looking for quickly and politely. I will only shop for tools and home supplies at Home Depot from now on because of the outstanding customer service displayed by Chris Westbrook!

Had a problem getting a freezer ordered online so I went to the store. The customer service team and appliance dept. went out of their way to help. Thank you so much!

Had one issue after another with the online order. Tried to get help from the local store in Florence SC and that was even worse. Only one employee wanted to help “SONYA”. Thank you so much for you help.

Waited over 1 & half hours for assistance to get a hot water heater and no one ever showed up. Kept asking employees to call some that could get a heavy item up high.

Love all my purchases

At the Blue store I feel like the aisleway staff runs from me. At The Home Depot I feel like someone is always willing and ready to help. It makes a difference because even handymen like myself can feel like we are swimming in a sea of 10,000 products. When aisleway staff reaches out, this Doer gets more done.

Thus store is awe with a great selections for customers with great people to help.

I buy all my flowers from the HD garden center.

From the moment my husband and I entered the store we were greeted by associates asking us if they could assist us!! That’s something you don’t see at other home improvement stores in the surrounding areas. Also I would like to mention several employees who went out of there way to help us. First there was Libby Padgett who helped us decide on our appliances, next there was Ronnie A who assisted us with our plumbing and faucets, then there was Ed & C C who assisted us with door locks. Amazing! Also Kristen & Jack who assisted me in purchasing the appliances! Barry & Kevin the delivery associates were very polite and professional!

We must have shown up at lunch time as nobody was working the paint section. A gentleman named Sam came over to see if he could assist us. He wasnt sure how to work the machine so he tried to call, research online, and ultimately walked the store to find someone. While we waited, he watched to see how it was done, as well as played rock, paper, scissors with my son who is on the autism spectrum. He took the initiative to make this a good experience, knowing we had been waiting for awhile. Sam was very personable, friendly, full of smiles, and a heart of gold. This young man is a keeper and should be given a raise. Dont lose him. He kept you a paying customer today.

The salesperson was very well mannered and was very helpful and even help find a item I was looking for on clearance. The prices of my items were very reasonable.

I sat waiting on someone to help me for 30 minutes which is uncalled for I understand people are short staffed but when a crew member has to call you over and over to help a customer this is how you lose money and if I’m not mistaken everyone is in the business to make money not lose money and when asked for a manager they never showed up either this is poor customer service you need a change looks like. All these business borrowing money to keep there business open when Covid was bad but y’all are letting customers walk out give the state there money back.

Oh boy,I love shopping in this store!Its just a nice store to go shopping in because your in a pleasant atmosphere and the store has a large selection of inventory to choose from.If you decide to shop here,you won’t be disappointed.

Good local hardware store to get all. You home improvements and Incase you are a Pro they have all you need

Noone wants to go and spend a lot of money and wait a long time and be treated poorly and I can guarantee you if you encounter any of these employees they will make your shopping experience the best possible they’ve helped me so much and I’m extremely grateful for them.
