Weekends at Home Depot are stocked with teenagers... who know very little if anything at all about DIY and / or the products used in DYI projects!

Worst experience, Helper in the paint section needs to understand project and help customer. He was impatient and reluctant

I bought Japanese maple tree and roses bush early spring. Home depot had the promise of guaranteed return. My plants didn't survive the Texas summer heat and I brought them back to the store hoping that they would accept the return or exchange. Lorenzo assisted me and said " Yes, I can help you with that" those were the magic words any customer service personnel should say. He started tracing the history of my purchase and gave me a full refund. I am forever grateful for you Home Depot for keeping this promise. I went and pick up more plants and hopefully will thrive. Kudos!!!

I often come to this store, mainly for small projects and repairs. What seems to be every time I'm there, Tanya from flooring is willing to help me out. Whether if it's a location of an item I'm looking for or needing info and how- to on products, she knows it all. She is truly this store's hidden gem! Do anything and everything to keep her because she is a major reason I keep coming to this location & am almost sure other customers feel the same way too.

You’d better hope he’s working when you arrive! What a great customer advocate. Helpful. Smiling. Makes you feel like you’re the only one in the store while dealing with you and 20 others in line. I came over from Grapevine to find a soap dispenser that was supposed to be in stock at this location. I met up with an associate name Patrick who was working in the kitchen bath and shower aisles. He was adamant about finding this product that was shown to still be in stock, but was not in the display. He diligently looked for it in the upper overstock shelves in the area, and found the two of them that were supposed to be in stock. Most employees these days would tell you.... well, we don't have it if it's not here sir.... Not Patrick. He saved me a trip to another store. I wish all store associates these days were old school courteous and professional like him.

Milwaukee is my brand of choice when it comes to tools of any kind. This store does a good job of stocking what I need from them. the only area in which they are light is Milwaukee's gardening line.

I was impressed from the get go. I spent many years going to my favorite HD when I lived in Palm Harbor.FL. This one was just as good....clean, well organized, friendly employees.

Jordan (male) and Andrew are the bees knees. Doreen is great at what she does too at the pro desk. David in plumbing will try his best to brainstorm the right solution!

Most of my shopping  experiences at Home Depot have been favorable. But this particular time, one of your employees (Wayne) went above the call of duty. I was working on a kitchen project and needed clarity on exactly what needed to be done. He basically walked me through the process and ensured I had the right products to complete the project. I was impressed with his professionalism and kind spirit. Needless to say, I was able to complete the project per his instructions and was able to save the cost of hiring a handyman. Kudos to you Wayne! I appreciate it!

I spoke to CS (phone#) on the item box yesterday, set delivery and install for next day. They showed up @ 0900 with water heater and shut off valve (FM code), installed it within 2 hours. They hauled off the old heater no problems (Yet...). HD offered 5 additional years warranty for $70. Keep in mind my WH is in the attic, and this is why I did not DIY this time.

I have many purchases at this store, I have always been happy and very satisfied with all of them! The store is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful!!

The sales people were very helpful and walked me through anything I needed and took great care of me!
