I STARTED OUT IN MY FAVORITE HOME DEPOT IN CHATTANOOGA #0742 AND I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT. WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ONE OF THE GUYS CHECKED TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY IN THE BACK. WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I NEEDED THEY LOOKED AT NEARBY STORES TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY IN STOCK. THE FT. OGLETHORPE STORE SHOWED THEY HAD WHAT I NEEDED AND SINCE IT WAS ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY OFF I WENT. ONCE THERE I FOUND JUST WHAT I NEEDED. I MUST MENTION THAT BRODY AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN WITH DREADS HELP ME WITH THE CUTS I NEEDED AND TIKA HELP ME AT CHECK OUT. I HAD TIKA WRITE DOWN HER AND BRODY'S NAME SO I COULD LET YOU KNOW HOW HELPFUL THE STAFF WAS THERE. I MUST MENTION THERE WERE 2 OTHER PEOPLE THAT HELPED AS WELL BUT I DID NOT GET THERE NAMES. ALTHOUGH THE CHATTANOOGA STORE IS MY FAVORITE IT IS NICE TO KNOW THERE IS A STORE CLOSE BY THE IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY TOO. IF IT WASN'T FOR DALE CHECKING IN CHATTANOOGA I MAY NOT HAVE GONE TO THE OTHER STORE AND I AM GLAD HE DID.

Zain, one of the young men who normally works in the lumber department was off duty. On two or three different occasions, since he knew I had a bad back and had no car he helped get several bags of Calico decorative stone off the shelves, put it in the car, and brought it to my home. You can't ask for better customer service than that! He is an exceptionally nice young man. He deserves a commondation and a raise.

I was able to purchase all that I was shopping for unlike the other store (a different company) that didn’t and has come short in recent shopping that I have done and have found that I have started shopping at Home Depot more.

Overall I like this store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Most of the time I am able to find exactly what I need. However, I hear they are going mainly to self check out, so I guess I will be going mainly to another hardware store.

This Home Depot is very nice and helpful and friendly.the store is always clean and neat. It makes it easy to shop there. I will always go back to this Home Depot for all my house hold needs. This is a great place to shop.

There is a severe lack of employee assistance. If you shop here, go prepared to find things, move things and load things by yourself. If you are lucky to find an employee, they are found in groups on their phones texting.It was not like that 4 years ago when I moved here.

The service person not only told me about the product but he also took me to see it. the staff was very pleasant and helpful.I am very satisfied with the service and the help I received.

I live in Tennessee but choose to drive to this Store because 99% of the time it has exactly what I am looking for and I can find most things myself but if I need help there is always someone nearby, to give advice of to find what I need.

Great help at the pro desk

Clean, well stocked but it is very difficult to get help when you have questions from an employee . On different occasions I have had my employees actually pretend to be on their phone or walk the other way when it look like I was needing some help. Years ago you could go into the store and employees would fall all over themselves trying to help you. Not so much these days. In fact the only time the employees act like they're really interested in what you're doing is when you're trying to check out using the self checkout. They stand over you watching you like they think you're trying to steal something.

The store is very large with a vast array of materials in almost all items. Employees are friendly, and prices are quite competitive. I like the the Store

Went to get a new washing machine and worked with Candy Talley—she was amazing!! Love the new washer!!!

I went into the store unsure and overwhelmed at the fact that I had to buy a new fridge. My previous refrigerator suddenly stopped working and I knew it was time to get another ... Mrs. Hernandez answered all my questions and was there to help me throughout the whole process. I am so happy with my new Samsung refrigerator. Such a friendly staff!

we find this store always clean and neat. Whenever I have a problem finding an item I ask the employee and they are always stop whatever their doing and take me to the location.
