The man was polite, he asked me what I needed help with after he took care of the other 2 customers he was already helping, the floor was under staff and this guy was glad to help even offered to carry the item to the check out line for me.

Huge shout out to Angie at the Fort Walton Beach Florida store! She was so understanding, kind and had great customer service. She helped us get a new washer and dryer set up for my in-laws and made the process so smooth. She made the bad taste in our mouth from another competitor a distant memory. Thank you for offering great service through this team member.

I really think this Ft Walter Beach Home DE needs a major Facelift Renovation! It would be more enjoyable if it didn't feel and look so old looking on the inside and outside! I wish they also offered Hot Dogs and refreshments inside on the weekends, it couldn't cost that much to show some customer appreciation! I shop there at least 2 to 3 times a week and take advantage of their Special Purchases!

In the line of work I’m in I am always shopping at home improvement stores. Since I walked into this store I haven't been anywhere else. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Braden at the pro desk is awesome! Everyone should go and check this store out!

I bought a 4' x 8', 7/16" OSB plywood and required a single cut. The cut was over 1/2" incorrect. I returned to the same store once I found the incorrect cut. I requested another piece be cut and this cut was incorrect as well. It was off by 1/4". The person that cut the plywood said this was acceptable. This wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time and nearly three gallons of gas. This makes the plywood, if I were to keep the incorrectly cut piece, over $20.00 from the original price of $14.75.
