Looking for that perfect color paint? Ask for Paula and James! I took a pillow in to match the yellow I wanted to use on some furniture. Well I couldn’t have ask for any better advice. Paula helped me pick the color and James explained the difference in quality paint. I went with the BEHR paint. James sold me the perfect paint . Paula sold me the prefect color!! I’m adding a photo just because I can!! Customer service was above and beyond!! Even down at self check out . Heather helped me get checked out and was a super help on advice. Ralph even chimed in and this made for a wonderful trip to the Home Depot! Also thanks to Kavin he greeted me with a smile and hug thanks for making me feel special!! Guys and Gals you deserve a badge and a raise! Tell them I said so!!! Shout out to all the team at Home Depot!! You ROCK!!

I've shopped at this location for 18 years and have always been pleased with the experience. They make my dog feel very welcome. He loves going there for an outing. And it's easy to return an item when I need to. Recommended!

The two ladies tag team the issues I faced one being that the product I was looking for was not on the shelf it seemed out of stock Raja found it up high on the shelf so she quickly got a ladder and put down the stock for me and restocked the shelf then she handed me off to Susan at customer check out who got me checked out faster then if I went down to the self check out which had very long line.

I accidentally left a still-usable RYOBI battery in their recycling bin. When I realized what I had done, I called the store, and the customer service people were very patient and empathetic. They told their manager, and he went out of his way to help me. I can't get over how everyone went out of their way to help me. Thank you, Home Depot employees!

From the service desk to appliances. Paints hardware garden dept and cashiers like Lisa who was very cheerful and helpful with questions. It's amazing how many people work in different departments know so much about other departments and the products!

Team of great employees. Ben is a super Manager to deal with. Tonight, I dealt with David in the paint area. He was MOST helpful, carrying me to 3 different areas to find exactly what I needed. PLEASE THANK DAVID ! Also VERY helpful, as always, was Becky in Customer Service and the young lady helping Becky. What a great team! What a great place to shop. Along with David and Becky being so engaging in conversation, Darwin, and Tim in the rental area are very helpful and engaging too, as is Sara on first shift Customer Service.

Was unsure what to do to repair a hole in dry wall. Gentleman who assisted knew exactly what to do and showed me an inexpensive solution that has worked out perfectly.

This young man is a major asset to your team HD. John in the paint department at the Fuqay-Varina location is very knowledgeable about both HD and competitor paint colors and differences. This young man answered all my questions made me feel valued and left me more knowledgeable. Best of all he recommended me to change the paint color that my wife had already picked, well my wife loved it! Thanks again John a win for the husband team!!!

This store price matched locks that were on clearance at another store. They didn't have to. (I was told misinformation from the Cary store.) This made my day and completed my home project. Forever grateful!

I will drive out of my way to visit the fuquay store. Jerry, Paula, Ana, Emy and Trey at the Pro Desk are the best! They go out of their way to make my job as a project manager easier. They are always willing to stop what they are doing and pull items for me and load up my truck. Thanks for all you do, guys.

KATHY IN APPLIANCES WAS THE BEST. MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND WAS THROUGH

I was walking outside to look at the plants and the cashier very rudely asked if I had a receipt then proceeded to talk with another customer about people shoplifting when I was in earshot. I felt very uncomfortable.

We came in late tonight after going to another Home Depot to purchase about 7,500 in new appliances for our new house. We had a terrible experience at the other store and thought to go to Fuquay as a last minute stop to see if we could at least get an order started. Kathie K came up to us and we knew what we wanted so she got to work on getting an order started - at 9:15pm!! She worked so meticulously on our order to make sure it was PERFECT! She helped with accessories for our new appliances, delivery, scheduling, ordering, etc!! She even worked to get us as many discounts as we could get!! We had such a pleasant experience we actually ordered our last appliance to complete our kitchen (we were going to wait on it) and ended up spending around 10k instead! (Because the rebates and discounts she got us were better than the original order!) Kathie made the process so easy after a stressful night at another store. Hubby and I agreed, Kathie is our appliance gal! We are so glad we lucked into the Fuquay store and Kathie when we did!!

After a long day of work outside, my husband realized that one of his new pieces of equipment wasn't working. We drove to the Fuquay-Varina Home Depot to make an exchange, but, realizing we no longer had a receipt, weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully, Fancy and Hayley from Customer Service couldn't be more helpful. Their upbeat attitudes, professionalism and eagerness to help were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist us, but also kept their lines of people moving to help others.

If you need a new appliance, go see Kathie K. She was so kind and patient. We bought a new washer July 4th and she helped fully go through our options and pick the best fit. Kathie was truly exceptional!

I needed help because recently widowed I was overwhelmed. This particular employee, Jon G. walked around with me which made my experience less stressful & I found the item I wanted!

I am never disappointed with the service here.
