The associates in this store are very courteous and helpful. They go well beyond the normal. Any associate near where you are shopping is eager to help. Great training and hiring the appropriate people!

I was looking for the floor lamp stand, they did not have one in stock, a sales associate quick suggestion to take the one in the show room was with great result for me. I got what I wanted in design and they sold it to me .its win win . Excellent customer service I received every time I visit this store. I recommend to anyone.Thank you again Mr Chris and Caleb for your assistance. Forever great full One happy customer.

This store is smaller but less crowded. Excellent customer service. I prefer this store over any other HD store. This is my go to place! If they don’t have it l, they will get it for you!

the team in the pro desk area know there stuff. krystal, carmen, and Judy. are fantastic. they are helpful knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We visited 3 departments (lighting, appliances, flooring) and we're approached by staff in each department and provided excellent support with our questions and selections. The cashier was friendly and helpful as well.

We purchased the floor model so that we could take the dishwasher home and install it right away. We noticed immediately that there was no brackets to secure the dishwasher in place. The sales associate assured us that "no dishwashers come with brackets" and that we should just use the ones on our old dishwasher. When we began to install, we realized that the brackets on our old dishwasher were welded (therefore unusable) and there were many parts missing. We were unable to install the dishwasher because of the missing parts - missing junction box cover, missing legs, and missing brackets.

I was very disappointed to find out Home Depot no longer accepts Military discounts for lumber purchases. I found this out After having to download the App and filling out the Military Discount information to receive the scan code is when I was informed this doesn’t apply for lumber. RIDICULOUS!

When ever I visit this store the staff is always happy to help and knows where everything is.

Currently, we are upgraded/remodeling 2 bathrooms. I can’t count how many times I have visited the Gainesville-NW 4th Blvd store!! Each and every time that I am there, my experience is always 100%!!!

Once again, I knew WHAT I wanted buy not WHERE it was. All I had to do was find a floor associate in the distinguishable orange apron.

After visiting a couple other local stores they either didn't have what I needed or had no idea what I was trying to do. Gary at the Home Depot in Gainesville is a true professional, and knew exactly what I need to purchase to solve my electrical problem.

The sales personnel really listen to you as you explain your project and are helpful in finding ways to help you save time and money. Checkout is quick and personable.

My son moved into his home in Newberry, FL. I came to assist him on setting things up and getting things done that required several trips to the local Home Depot located off Tower Road in Gainesville. I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store; but more importantly, the employees. Almost all of them said 'hello" and/or "can I assist you?" I have been to many HD stores and never encountered such a pleasant experience. I only wish the HD store(s) near where I lived were as nicely run as this Gainesville store.

I had such a great experience with Garrett the other evening. I was with my mom looking for tools and Garrett helped explain everything we needed and helped us find them quickly. Such a polite person. Thank you so much.

Checkout person Tami, typically in the PRO area is fantastic. There is a young women in the tool dept. that absolutely knows her tools and is very helpful.

I hope this particular Home Depot tries to hire better employees at the pro desk. I spend over 100k at this and the other Gainesville location every year and all I ask is for respect and acknowledgment. This experience makes me want to shop somewhere else, but I really hate to do that because I enjoy Home Depot better than Lowe’s or other hard ware stores. Please do better.

We looked all over town for an American made freezer, and Home Depot was the only place that had the size and price we needed. It's getting harder and harder to find, and I'm glad we stopped there. We will be back.

I found what we needed for project but prices are higher due to Biden closing pipe line everything is higher.
