The person Abdullah. I was in need of pickets for my fence and he was helpful in so many ways. He helped me pick them out and then he helped me get them in my car.

The store was clean and stuffs were well-planned. The staffs are very helpful

I love the store, a lot of friendly employees, clean . I can buy my favorite plants.

This Garland store always has what I’m looking for, with plenty of options. Generally, with the other Home Depot stores that are closer to where I live, although they have the help there, they are often out of the products I’m interested in. It's a better shopping experience bc it’s cleaner and has fully stocked shelves always!

The store always has what my usual store is missing, but what they make up for in stock, they lack in customer service. I was there today and asked for help loading bags of play sand into my car, due to the herniated disc in my lower back, and was told “I would have to go look for someone” and when i asked if she would do that for me she responded “i don’t know”, she then handed me my reciept, said have a good day, and turned her back on me as if i had already walked away.

Awesome store experience. Always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Usually has the things you are looking for. Always able to get assistance - generally do nothave to search for someone to help, they always seem to be there and be knowlegeable. Love this place!

Cleon is a Fabulous Home Depot Associate. He went beyond the normal scope to help us concerning a Dryer we bought. He was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We had a great shopping experience because of him. He deserves a Big Bonus and/or Raise. Sincerely, Ambassador Baylor.

The paint dept people were very lazy , incompetent and did not go above and beyond with their services. They call them Home Depot experts, but are far from that! Went in with a paint chip and told the old man that I was looking for a creamy white color and he pulled out a gray color card and asked if it was ok???? Ridiculous!!!! Why are you asking me?? The Hispanic lady there assisted with finding a color but would not personally direct me to the paint tools I was looking for and she walked away when I asked her which tools would be right for my project , in short, very poor customer service and not very friendly or helpful people!

I've been to this location many times, sometimes there's tons of employees that will offer help but most of the time you can't find anyone.

I was helped by Rose in gardening and she was so kind and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find people who care and want to help others. I would recommend shopping here simply because of the service provided by this particular employee.

Let me start by saying thank you to my guy Lau. Lau at the doors department is knowledgeable of the entire store, he’s my go to guy when I shop here. He’s fantastic at his job and leading people. The store looks good and its very knowledgeable people, obviously you have the old employees there that are grumpy a lot but then there’s young, new employees that are kicking all the folks butt in customer service. I’ve learned trough my times at home depot stores that gray hairs don’t define knowledge, it’s how much that person wants to learn! This garland store is my favorite, I travel and extra 20 minutes to get there for the people there. I really enjoy having people to help me with my work, having someone that knows what they’re talking about is fantastic. I guarantee you will find what you need here along with great customer service.

Got really great help from Amy Mashburn in flooring. She had answers for all of my concerns

I needed a new bathroom sink faucet. I went in Home Depot to see what they had.....I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and directed to the location I needed. Once there, Amy was so nice and talked to me about the faucets. Tell and showing me features. Asking me what was most important to me and what I thought I would like to have in a faucet. Now I know where to go for the help I need for new items for my home. Such nice people and I love good customer service.
