Home Depot goes farther for me! If them know that I am in search for a product, them will help with ads, notifications, or emails! Making my search some more easier! I was looking for tiles, and Home Depot sent me one email that match perfectly to my taste, and for a very affordable price! I cannot asked for more!

We have been doing our basement renovation project since summer 2022. Now it is 95% completion. I had returned a few items to the store with ease. The cashier staff and other associates helped me with great customer skills and very knowledgeable and very professional. I loved to be here! Thank you.

Walked into Home Depot, no one in line, three cashiers at the customer service return desk, one was with a customer to completely ignore me. After a few minutes, finally The employee with the customer after finishing with them, she acknowledge me. But as I approach, it seemed like she was annoyed. As I finished and walked off, I went to the paint department. No one offered assistance, and when I asked to get a paint sprayer, the employee looked at me like what do you want as I finally got him to acknowledge me and to get my paint sprayer he just had a face of your bothersome. Only the cashier was the person that was attentive and very helpful.

I was greeted by Chris from paint he helped me get all the right products and information that I needed and he helped me check out he was so kind and such a gentleman I wish every employee at every store was like him.

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of your employees, Jim (plumbing supervisor), at the 20876Home Depot store. During my recent visit on May 16th, Jim went above and beyond to assist me with ceiling fan. He demonstrated remarkable knowledge, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Jim’s dedication to providing excellent customer service made a significant impact on my shopping experience, and I believe he deserve special recognition for his efforts. I had a big return to do today and the employee helping me out (Dona) was incredibly kind and helpful and an absolute pleasure to talk to. She worked hard to find the answer to my problem and to enact a solution. I can't begin to tell you how much it made my day! Employees like Dona are the reason I shop exclusively at this particular Home Depot. Thank you to Dona!

Went into HD to pickup two Ryobi HP lithium batteries. HD associate Phil was very helpful to me and found a clearance item with a 6 and 4 amp battery set for only about $50 after military discount. Thank you Phil for your assistance today.

Worst Manager in Millwork Department.

I came to purchase a refrigerator and had the pleasure of working with Patty in appliances. She was very nice, very helpful, and VERY PATIENT as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. She spent a lot of time helping me find the right one. She was wonderful to work with.

Overall store is good clean some friendly guys working her just hope you don't get Damien and Miriam duo 😁 the really don't care about any body else 😜 only if you are a friend of the duo

I was in a hurry to find products and when I asked a HD employee, I was correctly directed to the exact place I needed. Also, at checkout in the garden center, the cashier Dionne offered to come out of the warm room she was in and scan all the items in my cart. This was very helpful and kind of her!

I buy all my paint at the Germantown store and all my flowers and I just bought some waterproof sealant for my wall in the basement. I am confident that our problem will be fixed.

Mostly untrained staff. If they were trained, they offered little to no assistance. No management noticed in any department.

We needed a clothes washer right away. We looked in Consumer Reports and knew what we wanted. A very knowledgeable sales lady promptly greeted us and showed us what we wanted. She wrote up our order, we paid and left the store. It was the quickest large purchase we’ve ever made.

After being disappointed w/ a missing part for an online order, we received EXCELLENT customer service from Makavin at the RETURN ctr. area. Our issue was resolved in a manner that we left the store fully satisfied.
