I have purchased many items for my home.I started to remodel my home, 2 years ago. It is a slow process, but every time i go to the store, everyone is helpful and very nice and anxious to help me.

The experts working here were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashiers at self-checkout were the exact opposite.

David in the sprinkler department instructed me on how to repair my sprinkler on and off valves. My total cost was $28.34 from Home Depot, a repair company gave me a quote of $238.00. I saved $210.00, thank you!!!!

Employees at this store are fantastic. Very helpful and always very friendly.

We have visited this location multiple times in the last week because of a new project and we have received such great customer service each time. We especially want to recognize Mike H and Duane. They both went above and beyond and made our visits so pleasant.

Went to this store to purchase a high impact battery operated impact wrench. Found the one I wanted and the employee would not give me the dang tool. She held onto it until I was ready to check out. She said that I can retrieve it in “Self Checkout” when I’m ready. I went to “self checkou” and a different employee retrieved the wrench from lock up and she took the gun that I was using and rang up the product. She held the wrench in her hand until the receipt came out, before finally handing it to me and walked off. I’ve purchased multiple tools from this place, some 4 times more expensive than this $99 wrench. Never been treated more like a crook ever before in my life.

Immediately upon coming in the store I was warmly greeted. I asked for someone who could help with a special project and was directed to Johnny. Johnny sat me down and looked at my picture I got from Pinterest and listened to all of my questions on the how to. Then he started drawing it out for me. He walked me through all of the tools and all of the techniques I’d need. Johnny walked the store and helped me find every piece and showed me how to use each one. He gave me suggestions as well. As a DIYer I know that even the smallest projects have their learning curves. Johnny made me feel like I can do this 100% start to finish and made sure I was equipped with all of the knowledge and techniques I’d need for it. I’m more excited about this project now than I was before going to Home Depot. I can’t thank Johnny enough for the way he took care of me through this process. He greeted everyone we passed and made them laugh or smile too. He was funny, relatable, welcoming, knowledgeable and all around a great teacher the entire time. I’m now prepared and confident in my little DIY project and can’t wait to see how it turns out. Thank you so so much Johnny!!!!

My home depot is fairly close by and usually has every home improvement thing that I need.

Recently had to return a broken lawn mower. I bought the 2 yr warranty and because it was over a year, had to use the Hdprotectionplan route with an outside agency. They were very helpful and l received my reimbursement in a very timely manner

I went to Home Depot today with my elderly father who has difficulty walking. Normally he’ll use one of their motorized chairs but none were available. We greatly appreciate the associate who asked if we needed help, then walked us over to help us find the item we were looking for. He also asked if we needed a motorized chair. We were finished shopping at that point but it was nice of him to go out of his way to ask.

I had a laundry list of supplies that my handyman sent me into the store with. Not knowing where to start Jonathan Chloe and Michelle came to the rescue with Enthusiasm and a willingness to help. It made my day and saved me a ton of time

Henry was very knowledgeable and helpful with our portable evap cooler purchases. He answered every question we had and made our purchase experience fun and easy. Thanks Henry.

I just want to give a shout out to this location for going above and beyond. There's a particular product that I've been looking for and unable to find online or in store. The employees at this location went out of their way to help me find the item and gave me an arrival date so I wouldn't have to waste any more time going from location to location. Thank you Michelle, Dominique, Mark, and Thomas. You guys really made my day and I appreciate you.

I took my folks to your store, my father was surprised I went to your store but he really enjoyed the friendly Home Depot employees. Everyone was very helpful. Made sure we had someplace to site to purchase the Dishwasher to helping my Dad (95 yrs old) to checking out a small purchase at the checkout stations.

Dave is amazing. He was helpful, cheerful and went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed for my project. Dave needs to teach classes on customer service! #belikedave Nicole was very helpful, too. She is positive and kind.
