The Granbury Home Depot is one of the best. I shop in their stores all over Texas and can tell you this one is way up there. Their employees are eager to help customers and they at least to me appear to like their jobs and what they are doing. I have had them work for 45 minutes with me on finding products to helping me solve problems to fix something at the house. Great group of people.

We have been shopping at the Granbury TX Home Depot for the past 9 months or so while building our house and I must say they have really earned our business with consistent excellent customer service. We used to only shop and the competitive "blue" store down the street, however their customer service has really been slipping as well as lack of information on back ordered items when placing orders. We have now been shopping nearly exclusively at The Home Depot in Granbury.

We were disappointed that it was hard to find an associate. When we did find some (around 4), they didn't even acknowledge us though we stood by them patiently during the "in the aisle meeting". We had to turn to a vendor to help!!!!

Words won’t justly describe the superiority of this location. I’d drive more than 1 hr if I had to buy more than just something small.

I have MANY Ridgid and Husky tools and they have been worked hard and are flawless for the most part. Very little has ever went wrong with them.

I have been building a house for almost 2 years. No matter what items I have needed, there is someone to help--to explain--to take me to the item needed.

I love Rilee in the Paint Dept! She perfectly matched a paint sample for my DIY project. When I tried the paint on a test area, I thought it would likely be a close but not perfect match. When I returned to the patch the test had disappeared, an absolute PERFECT match in color and finish. I will definitely look for her on any of my future paint needs.

A great personal presentation. He truly wanted to help me recover from three bad product dissatisfaction resulting in three returns. I returned a $500 mower and upgraded to a $3000 mower and I was happy to do so.

Best Home Depot I have visited EVER. Thanks Cody and Corina (spelling?) and the staff member who showed me where the concrete was, so I could load it into my wheelbarrow, and get some additional exercise today, Y'all are truly the BEST!!

Ryan at the PRO Desk was Excellent, helping to fullfill my order quickly before I came in to pick it up. The cashier at the Service DEsk fixed My mistake quicker than I could Blink. and April helped me take out my items and helped me laod up. What an Excellent Experience!!

With the recent lock down and Covid outbreak... this store has remained opened. Employees have been at work and are always helpful. They greet you when you enter and ask if they can help you find anything. You don't have to look far to find help. Seems they're always there with a smile. They try really hard to figure what "thingy" you're looking for! No, I do not work at Home Depot nor do I know anyone personally.

I've found the employees friendly and knowledgable at Home Depot. During the hot and humid days it's been so nice to have bottled ice water for their customers. I've found their prices to be competative and usually well stocked. I'd especially like to say that "Bill" in the paint department was so extremely helpful to me when I had questions about how to start the project of redoing my front porch.

Bought a shower head and spent 118.00. Brought it home and it was not working. Went back to get a different one and they were no questions as we did tell them what was wrong with it. They were very nice to return and exchange it with no problems. Moving to granbury and I know that this Home Depot will be my go to place. Thank you

This store's service far surpassed the other home improvement stores in this area. Being disabled(walking is extremely painful), they were very helpful in helping me to find what I needed & used curbside service to load up the 10 bags of fertilizer I'd bought. I couldn't find anyone to help me at the other home improvement store I'd visited prior to going to Home Depot.

Thank you to Mark and Dewana (sp) at the pro desk and Angie Turner and Michelle Summers in customer service. The only thing that could have made our experience better would be to have deeper inventory quantities in the cabinets we needed. We weren't able to complete a (two kitchen) cabinet order, lacking only 3 cabinets. We will be back soon. Thanks for all you do.

Everything was fine until delivery of new washer was delayed not once but twice. At time of purchase I was told washer was in stock. I delayed an out-of-town trip waiting for a washer. I was told it would be another week but I cancelled the order and waiting for a refund. The old washer broke due to the February TX freeze. Now back to the laundromat!

I've always had a pleasant experience here.
